Audi Brand Specialist Joshua Patterson is the consummate gentleman-salesman. Now granted, yes: a salesman wants to sell you a car - so you would safely assume they'll be polite, solicitous, "whatever it takes." But within two minutes of meeting him I explained, plainly, that "I'm not buying today; this is the beginning of my research and 'hunt.'" /// He didn't bat an eye, didn't pressure. /// Instead, he spent close to a full hour with me, answering every question (including the "lame" ones), and proceeded to walk me out into pouring rain, holding an umbrella over me, so I could sit in one of the vehicles and comb over it. (This, while he stood outside under his own umbrella while I examined the interior.) /// (Personal note: Joshua, I'm sorry if I talked your ear off. Thank you for your patience.) /// All that said, it's that style of consideration and approach to actually conversing with and hearing the concerns a potential customer that gets a customer like me back into the showroom. And, if I settle on an Audi and we can come to agreement on price and other terms, you can be sure I'll give my business to Mr. Patterson.
It's not often that people have good things to say about car dealers, but I just had a terrific experience at Audi Morton Grove. I had 5 months remaining on my current A6 lease, but wanted to know about getting a new car before the lease expired. The dealer I got the car from told me I needed to wait a few months, and get closer to the lease's end. On a whim, I did an internet search for car leases and got an almost immediate call back from Chris Popa. I told him the details of the vehicle I was interested in, and he called me back a few hours later to say he had a car that fit my description, at the same lease price I am currently paying! A new car for the same money - what's not to like? I met Chris and his brand specialist, Jay Patel, the following day. They showed me the car and walked me through the paperwork. Easy and painless. These two young men (ages 24 and 20!) were aggressive in making the deal happen, but not pushy or full of themselves. Just anxious to help - and they did. I don't ordinarily write reviews about purchases or business dealings, but this experience was noteworthy. I would recommend these two gentlemen without reservation. I'd love to do business with them again when my lease expires in 3 years, but I'm guessing they may have moved from sales to ownership by then. Their enthusiasm and "we'll make it happen on your terms" approach was most welcome, and greatly appreciated!
The dealership ambience is relaxing and exceptionally clean. Exemplary customer service from start to finished. This was our first Audi purchase. Jenn Dickey, Customer Experience Coordinator was very resourceful responded promptly to our phone and email messages. She even assisted me on her day off. The Audi Specialist Richie Moffett is very knowledgeable about the Audi brand and the vehicles distinctive features/functions. We told him what we wanted in a car; he listened and delivered; very attentive to our needs......We test drove two cars and he pointed out the uniqueness of each one; which aided us in selected the perfect car "A6". I only have 700 miles on the car so far. I have owned 2 A4’s and loved them. I wanted more performance so I bought this S4 and I am very happy. The massage seats are wonderful. The drive select makes the car smooth when I want but aggressive when I change modes. The built in wireless charging is helpful. Audi got the cup holders right this time. I can fit my 30 oz Yeti cup. It is tight but it fits.

My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗
What a pleasant car buying experience
I have had car buying experiences ranging from really bad, to bad, to OK. This is the 1st one I can genuinely say was pleasant.
It started with my salesman, Raul Cantu, paying attention to my initial preference for communicating electronically. That's big to me and shows they're paying attention to changes in customers.
I went in loaded for bear having done a LOT of research and with a written quote on my trade in. Raul adjusted well and acknowledged my amount of knowledge. Refreshing.
I went up a trim level from what I went in for. He didn't fight me on it . He answered the questions I had, saw where I was going and facilitated but didn't really push. From my own background in sales - when a customer is going where you want them to go, shut up!
All in all, about as pleasant an experience as it could be. And a really nice new building too.
My wife and I visited Audi of Lakeland on Tuesday 02/27/2018 to inquire about a used vehicle. We were greeted by auto salesman Mario, I highly recommend him for any future purchases. The visit was extremely pleasant, the dealerships level of professionalism is very high (pleasant surprise). Even though we did not purchase the vehicle (which is fairly priced) we were treated in my estimation as if we were purchaser! We feel that Audi Lakeland is a 5 star dealership.

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.
I contacted Alex Castro a couple of days before Christmas. They had a certified S3 on the lot and I wanted to see if I could get more information. I asked if he'd take more pictures for me and text them. Within 10 minutes Alex had pictures of everything in the car which I had asked about, then went on to make a short movie clip showing the details of the S3. Are you kidding me!? It was like being on the lot. I already had financing so working with Alex over the next day we had everything done for me to fly down from Jacksonville to pick it up. On Christmas Eve afternoon, after a 3 hour flight delay, Alex had me picked up at the airport and brought to the dealship. God bless them for waiting for me, but only Alex and the Used Car Manager were there, but both were very jovial. I signed 5 documents which were correctly prepared ahead of time, and was out the door in 7 minutes. It doesn't get any better than Alex Castro and Audi Pembroke Pines. My wife loves her little Audi S3. I will do business with you in the future. Thank you
I came into the dealership to have my car checked on and top off the oil. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. It was so fast too, in and out. Would highly recommend Audi Salt lake city to anyone in need of repairs or looking for a new car to purchase.

I was shopping for a new family wagon online and I spoke and looked at maybe 10-15 different dealers and cars. I finaly came across STG auto online in Montclair amd called and spoke to Fady Gad. He was very helpefull and attentive quickly gave me the best price and rate. He kept very well communication with me even when he was doing research. I schedule an appointment with him and he even reserve the exact car that I wanted so that it did sell while I drove down there. Once their I met with Ed (Sales Manager) and Fady Gad. We worked out numbers and even got a lowered rate than promised over the phone. I can't thank them enough for their excellent customer service I will continue to purchase thru these guys. When I was experiencing difficulty getting some electrical issues resolved with my 201 TT, Nick in the service department went above and beyond to resolve my problems and worked to accomodate my schedule to pick up my car as I live 1 hour away. Wish we had service like this in all retail/service industries.
Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
Regarding repairs, Service Manager John, and Service Advisor Lindsay took care of everything efficiently, explained all work clearly, and made sure to get everything done as quickly as could be done. Regarding the return of our leased Audi, Melissa Nelson was very helpful in explaining what was necessary, likewise Carl Story, in sales, helped us gauge our decision whether to purchase or lease a new Audi or to buy out our leased vehicle. Everyone was friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable and helpful.
