I went to this dealership over the weekend. The guy who I had an appointment with was Jacob Jay. He was extremely helpful. It was my first Audi car to own and I wanted to look at the q7s inventory with a premium package and he explained everything in detail. I was also able to test drive two types q7s with him. He showed me every feature of the package. I had a great experience negotiating with the management and finance department as well. Overall, I left the dealership happy with the service and with a nice, comfortable, and smooth Audi Q7 55.

I’ve had a half dozen Audi’s including several A4s an A3, A5 and a Q3, but this S5 is closest to perfection. I love the versatility of having a refined four door sedan and a huge opening hatch for my bikes. Then set the drive select to dynamic and you have a fun sports car! My main gripe: the virtual cockpit doesn’t work for me and it was hard to find one with analog dials. Also I didn’t like the new touch screen MMI so I bought an older one. Note to Audi: simpler is better!

I have bought several cars in my lifetime and this was the easiest and fastest transaction I’ve ever had!! 100% recommend! I dreaded having to finance, but they made it seamless. Test drove the car, took it to my mechanic who was familiar with the dealer. He says they “cherry pick” and find the best cars, but still looked it over and found zero issues. I financed through the dealer and had to lift a freeze I keep on my credit and was still able to do all of this and drive off the same day! We’re buying from them again when I’m ready to sell a different vehicle we own :)

This car is just flat out fun to drive. Great style and handling and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. My first Audi and I am really impressed!

I've driven many makes of quality cars throughout my life and have had many experiences with a multitude of dealers and service centers. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. I truly couldn't ask for more from any business or individual. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!
