I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.
I just leased a 2018 Audi......The car is amazing and so enjoyable to drive. Not only did I receive a beautiful car, the experience of purchasing it was stress free. The gentleman that assisted me is RODNEY at Inskip Audi. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and enjoyable to work with. He is very dedicated to his craft and expertise. This is the third Audi I purchased with Rodney. He is a great asset to the Inskip institution.
I drove in from out of town to Audi Rochester to test drive a pre-owned A6 and S5 after doing the same at a local dealer. I had no intention of purchasing that day but ended up making a return trip that evening to pick up a pristine 2016 A6 due to the hassle-free buying experience. David's knowledge and thoroughness throughout the entire process was very impressive, as was his follow-up with my questions the next day. I will certainly make the trip again when I'm ready for my next Audi!
Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.
I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. If you ever want to consider a beautiful, excellent dealership, go to Audi of Maplewood and ask for Hugh. You will be very comfortable with the full process as Hugh will show you.
Jason Brown was an excellent Volvo sales ambassador. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was, by far, the smoothest and easiest deal I have ever made on a new car. The volvo xc40 is a fantastic car and loaded with tons of safety technology and pure fun features. Very roomy as well. I am very pleased.

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.
Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
I'll keep this short. I had my car worked on, trying to get to the bottom of some very annoying ghost issues that nobody can fix. What I like is the friendly staff, the loaner cars are really nice, the physical waiting room is the nicest I have seen. What I don't like is when their tech drives 50+ miles on my gas to attempt to make a problem come back and then decide we might as well give it back and wait for the problem to come back while you drive it, and then they charge me $10 for gas in their loaner after I already put $20 into it. I'm paying for gas 3 times now. What a rip off. I get that they want people to return their cars at the same fuel level as it was because we used that fuel and all, but when you burn my gas then maybe you should replace it like I am replacing yours.
