Started with my salesmen Marvin who took me from the get go then greeted me with his sales manager Alfonson upon my arrival. Met the President and many other dealership personnel with everyone was so pleasant. You heard me right Car buying made enjoyable. Oh the Car purchase, Porsche C4S Targa was under rated by the sales person as not a perfect used vehicle. He was wrong, the car is in the best shape car I have ever purchased. We had been looking for a moderately priced used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for approximately a month or so and to be honest one of the last places I expected to find one was at a BMW dealership. I saw the vehicle listing on cars.com and since this dealership is local to us we stopped in to take a look. Not only was the vehicle we were interested in a “cherry” but all of the other vehicles in their used lot were quality. We were greeted and given ample time to look the vehicle over and test drive it with no sense of pressure, even though it wouldn’t be considered one of their “higher ticket” vehicles. Through it all, the sale, the financing, and the delivery, they were all done professionally and efficiently. Overall it was definitely one of the most enjoyable automobile purchasing experiences that my wife and I have had over the last 20 years and roughly two dozen vehicles. And to top it off we found a “cherry”.

I purchased a used Genesis GV70 Electrified and worked with Michael Baldwin. I knew the car I wanted and Michael was easy to work with. He let me check the car out at my own pace and didn't try to hype it. I contacted Michael over a week after the sale inquiring about title and he quickly got me the information. My experience with Michael has been fantastic. The only complaint I have is about the dealership adding a $695 fee for some cheesey paint and interior treatment that are either non existent or the most inferior products ever. I washed the car after getting home from a 2 day road trip and there is no hydrophobic property at all, no feel of a smoothness that one would expect if a paint treatment was actually applied. I have experience with numerous paint protection treatments and ceramic coatings and this was not worth $95 much less the ridiculous $695. For that money I expect to get something, go get a bottle of DIY Detail Quick Beads so there is at least an appearance of something useful on the paint.

My boyfriend and I had an appointment with Zack Johnson at 11am today and we arrived early and was met by Zack. We proceeded to have a seat at his desk and advised what vehicle we were interested in 2022 Hyundai Tuscon SEL. Zack was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never rushed us and worked with us to get the payment to work within our budget.
