This is my 3rd Q5, my first "E" love it but living in Phoenix, having such a big area to drive not happy with 35 mile range they need to up the range.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

I received exceptional service from Sheehy. Shabir was my sales associate and led me through the process without a hitch. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered without any tricks or gimmicks. The entire dealership was helpful, pleasant and offered efficient service. As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone. The manager at Sheehy was knowledgeable and understood how to close a deal.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. Would like to sincerely thank Miguel Paz, the service advisor, for this excellent work.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

We worked with Jose Romero he was knowledgeable, very patient as I has a LOT of questions. I had also put a hold on the vehicle at another dealership. Jose was aware of this and was not pushy blow up my phone and I respected that. Besides being professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient I most appreciated him not being a pushy over the top salesman and truthfully was probably one of the main reasons why I came back. He also knew the car that I really wanted to get into and they did have one on the lot when it came available he called me immediately. Can’t say enough about our experience it was EXCELLENT. Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.
