This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The car is fun to drive, and it goes further on a charge than indicated on the sticker. We go about 160 miles on a 80% charge with 60 miles left in the battery.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Great salesman Al addressed all my concerns with the vehicle and the purchase process was quick and easy.

We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. Shout out to Leo and the rest of the crew for all their help!

This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.

I had a fantastic experience at Audi Great Neck, thanks to Kit! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. The only problem I had was selecting the car I wanted because the dealership has a huge and possibly the best selection of pre-owned vehicles, and Kit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. At the end of the purchase, I got to meet Ali, one of the directors at the dealership. I have driven previously owned foreign cars (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo, Lexus) for nearly my entire life. For much of that time I have had these cars serviced at White Plains Lincoln. Why? Because (1) the excellent service staff always finds a way to resolve the problem; and (2) I know and trust that the only work that will be done is the work that needs to be done, and (3) the work is always completed at an extremely competitive price.

Been a Audi customer 3 decades. The Q5 is my 2nd SUV purchase & is above & beyond comfortable,quiet & spacious . Audi Brooklyn NYC always goes the extra mile to please the customer.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual stuff that you deal with at the dealership. But no, just a little paperwork and Amy had me out the door in about 30 minutes. So now let’s jump ahead about 5 years. Is Novak still a place to buy your car? Yes, but there are changes. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. Telling me he was going to lose money when he sells it at auction. At the price he paid me he probably will. I’m sure in his mind he can offset the loss to corporate by claiming his sales numbers. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure garbage you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the stuff that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

Darwin Flores is the best salesperson to deal with at this dealership. This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
