I’ve never bought a car before and I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted, but when we got to the lot there were several great cars with low mileage at a great price. I was able to find a Ford Fusion that I loved and Alex was even able to have the windows tinted for me to make the car look even cooler than when I bought it. He worked hard to get me financed even though I had limited credit history. I really appreciate everything he did to make this first car buying experience such a great one!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Bought a 2013 Lexus GS 350 yesterday from Raheem my sales person, he was GREAT!! Very knowledgeable and helpful in placing me in the veh that I came from INDY to purchase. Their cars are all CLEAN ,CLEAN,CLEAN!! I will be back when shopping for my next car.😀 I recommend this used car dealer to anyone looking for a used high end car. I visited "the other dealer" in Cincinnati when shopping for my Audi, and was turned off immediately. My salesman, Todd (also the Finance Manager - handy!) was exceedingly helpful, very understanding of my vehicle and finance objectives, smart and witty, and really easy to work with. I was shopping at the time of year when the model year was changing, and Todd's extensive knowledge guided me through the entire ordering/shipping process. It was fun and exciting. Now, two months post-delivery, I am happy as can be, and enjoy stopping by the dealership sometimes just to say hi. My 2016 Q3 is smooth, fast and beautiful...exactly what I was looking for. This brand and dealership offer a premium A++ experience. Highly recommend.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. i bought my Chevy Silverado over 2 years ago from these guys. they were very nice and help full, ive had no issues with my truck since ive owed it. i would definitely buy from them again. Same as any used Car Dealership, its up to you to look the car over your interested in. Cars usually come from Auctions and the dealer doesn't Know history. They do A CarFax. I had no issues with these guys.

I called and asked about the Mercedes. I came the next day paid for it. Everything was great. The owner is phenomenal. Also people who worked there our phenomenal. The owner made sure that I had new tires and a new key filled me up detailed my car I called him the next day to let him know about a small issue. He fixed it immediately. I will be coming back to buy another car

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I've bought over 30 cars and this dealership has been the best experience I've ever had. I emailed them about a pre-owned car. They promptly replied and answered all my questions. I ended up leasing a new car. Audi Cincinnati East quoted me a much lower lease payment and more miles than the Audi dealership in Kentucky that is 5 minutes from my house. I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.
