I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I found a vehicle online that the store showed in inventory. I made an appointment and took a 2 hour ride to se the car. I was assisted by Mike, my salesperson. Although the car was as described and nicely presented, I decided it was not the right model for me. I contact this dealership regarding a 2012 BMW X5. They actually drove it down to their Johnston Honda dealership for me to have a look and take it for a test drive. I truly appreciated this as I did not have time to make the trip to Newport.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. This Audi A5 meets all my present needs for a daily driver. Historically the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine had a poor reliability rating. However I have had all the parts likely to cause engine failure replaced with the newest parts designed thereby making this one highly reliable. In 2018 it was repainted by the Audi dealer and looks new ...
