An apology letter to Domani Dealership. I had read negative comments and I believed it was about Domani when in fact it was another dealership. Please accept this letter of apology on my behalf. I should have looked closer. Although I never published my comments I made a mistake and all I have read about this dealership is excellent comments.

I recently purchased a BMW 750i from Caseys and I can honestly say it was a great experience. They were honest with me and even let me take the car to my own mechanic to get it inspected before purchasing the car . The process of buying the car was super quick and it only took about 20 minutes. Overall i had a great experience at Caseys and I got a great car for a great price.

We decided to look around for an additional RR/Bentley in October 2014. Fadi was known to us RROC members, since he has also been a member for the last ten years, to check out his inventory at his Van Nuys, CA “Classic Motor, Inc.” RR/Bentley boutique. He has some “fine” cars. We decided to purchase a beautiful Arnage from him. The emphasis is “beautiful.” He is a great negotiator and he was able to match my skills in negotiation as a Swiss. He was very accommodating in adjusting/repair some minor issues that the car had with no problem. It was “fun” working out this deal with Fadi and my family would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a fair deal and getting a nice car. Fadi is a terrific guy and he being a RROC member convinced me to engage with him anticipating that he would give the right service to us as a fellow RROC member for more than 20 years. THANK YOU ! Purchased a BMW i8 for over $80K and when it wasn't what I had originally bargained for, Cornelius and Stephan took the car back. What honorable guys! Furthermore, I've used their repair facility in the past and the work was top notch at reasonable prices (replaced my 911's blown engine). Highly reccomend SV Motorsport.
Found car online, listed as under $59K. Emailed for information. No response so I called a second time. Got energetic, young and professional salesperson. Car price was unfortunately very high for a 2007 at $79K. Too bad as car sounded very nice but with price equal to 2010 DB9's and in 2012 Virage territory.
This Service Department listened to my concerns.
The service manager took me on a road test to show me how the features function on my Bentley.
He showed me features that my selling dealership never showed me.
I left my Bentley there serviced my Bentley.
They gave my a brand new Maserati to drive for a loaner vehicle.
My Bentley was completed and fully detailed.
That is what I call " Great Bentley Service"

If I have to wait for my car he always makes sure I'm comfortable; when I drop it off for service he always makes sure there is someone available to drive me home. Marty does the necessary repairs and never tries to sell you any additional services. He'll even tell you well in advance if a more major maintenance repair is coming due so you can plan for it - from both a timing and budget perspective. His honesty and integrity are what keep me coming back time and time again.
