I bought 2015 Bentley Continental from this folks, great experience, they arranged for everything, from finance to shipping the car to east cost from CA. The car was excellent as they have described it on their website.

I have wanted a Bentley for years, but they are hard to find--especially at a reasonable price. I was fortunate recently to find this vehicle with very low mileage and in excellent condition at a fair price. It is at least as good as I imagined. It is elegant, solid and surprisingly fast! The interior is absolutely beautiful and the excellent workmanship famous for the crew from Crewe is evident everywhere. Driving it is a memorable experience. It is quiet and smooth. The 616 HP W-12 engine is electric smooth and moves this large vehicle along deceptively quickly. Merely merging onto the highway gets one easily over 100 mph going up an on ramp, so one must be attentive! For such a heavy car, handling is surprisingly good. That is aided by the excellent all-wheel drive and huge brakes. This car makes me smile every time I get into it!

The customer service was top notch no pressure excellent help very informational a wonderful product. The sales person Nancy didn't make you feel rushed stay late along with Rob and finance who will not rob you and Brian the manager all excellent and professional.

This is a very, very, very, nice car to drive. Extremely quiet and smooth riding. Very powerful, not as fast as my Jaguar, but it weighs a lot more. It corners and handles great for such a heavy luxurious car. The interior is absolutely top shelf. It's a little hard to get into, watch your head. The trunk is quite large, lot's of room for golf clubs. It is light years nicer than my Mercedes. This car really turn's heads.

Overall great experience. Worked with Stephen, Jay and Nick. Was well received by Stephen on initial visit despite it being close to closing time and he still made time to show me the vehicle I was interested in. Set a time to comeback later in the week to test drive the vehicle and buy if everything checked out. We decided to do a deal. Jay and Nick were solid and we can to an amicable agreement on car price and value for my trade in. Overall left happier than when I came in and with a new ride to enjoy. Would definitely recommend for anyone who likes modified used cars.

Its an excellent SUV with comfort and performance, definitely recommend it. Its a bit quite ride than I prefer therefore I am getting a Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition.

I only have great things to say about i-5 Motors and the owner Justin. We bought a used BMW x1 earlier this year and my whole purchasing experience was incredible from the sales rep, Bill, to the finance manager and even meeting the owner. We never felt pressured to buy and we had a hard budget, and the manager and finance manager helped us achieve our goal. We all have that prejudice of car dealership for dishonest tactics and not keeping their word, but my experience with i-5 was completely opposite. I can honestly say they are a trustworthy, honest and fair business because after taking the car home the car had a few issues. i-5 Motor kept their word of putting the customer first and owning up to their warranty and fixed everything without hesitation, no questions asked, "just bring it in and we'll fix it" at no extra cost to me. They also convinced me to purchase the extended warranty, which if anyone has any experience with extended warranties, they're like scams, you buy them and then they won't cover anything when you actually need to use them. But they convinced me that this warranty is excellent and if I have any problems that they will step in and talk to the warranty to help the customer. Once again they kept their word because I had some brake caliper issues recently with my BMW and you know warranties don't cover brakes that are normal wear and tear. Took it to the shop where estimated repair is over 2k! But the warranty was willing to cover half of it because of a faulty caliper and the warranty company was actually surprisingly easy to work with. However, they were not willing to cover rotors because that's normal wear and tear, but I would argue the rotor got damaged because of a faulty caliper so not due to normal wear and tear. I decided to call i-5 Motors again to ask if they could step in to talk to the warranty company on my behalf. Without any hesitation the manager Craig said they will help cover some of the cost to the rotors! I was amazed with such expeditious and great customer service. I wanted the warranty company to pay for it not the company, but i-5 just wanted to resolve the problem for me and made it so easy! I'm truly surprised with any bad reviews because my experience with this dealership has been excellent. Their staff have come across as really decent folks and I believe it's because the owner Justin upholds his business to high standards that prioritizes the customer. I definitely would recommend i-5 Motors for its great value, and truly living up to putting the customer first. They truly go out of their way to help the customer.

does not matter what is your credit score that car should be in garage and that car is the best medicine against everything : unemployment, divorce , depression and loneliness

Found the car online through Cars.com and purchased it online. Process was good with excellent communication from the salesman David Payne. I have never done business with this dealer but they provided great service.

Very comfortable with all the creature comforts. Bought the Maserati Levante at 1/3 the cost. Will look at 3 year old Bentaygas in 2020 when they are around $120K at that price, they are worth it. Let someone else take the $180K+ depreciation hit. Wow!

This car is so smooth and quiet I forget many times that it is moving. I'm glad I went for it rather than a typical American or Japanese car. I see all the looks my new Bentley gets and feel I'm lucky to be filthy rich enough to afford this car at such a young age.

I just purchased my new 2012 Bentley, and let's just say, well, I'm mostly pleased with my purchase. The car has been dependable, even though I don't drive it that often. However, a couple of weeks ago, I was washing the car when I noticed there was some oil on my driveway. Took it to the dealer and they checked it out. I was pleased when my car was returned to me, fixed. What I didn't like was the price of the repair. For a small leak, it cost me around $1700. If you are really going to buy this car, make sure you can afford the repairs. On a positive note, the engine is phenomenal. It has a great sound and gives exceptional performance. The interior is quite nice and the materials inside the vehicle are well crafted. The wood paneling looks fantastic and the leather stitching is first class. The infotainment system also works well. If you are looking to buy an amazing British luxury car, look no further than the Bentley.

Called sales man named Abe, he was very nice over the phone and even more helpful in person once I arrived he had my car ready to go for a test drive. the whole process only took an hour and a half to be honest and that is including the test drive!! Highly recommend those guys!

The dealers website had advertised a lower price for the car. After showing interest in the automobile, and speaking with the finance person, they did not honor the cost on the website. However, I had been looking for a Maxima and carmax cost was in the same ball-park cost. The salesmen Damien was very accommodating, and Rob was straight forward after we resolve the difference in cost. They do not offer a warranty, but offer a third-party vendor. I liked their straight-shooter approach and only gave me what I wanted.

Best Cabriolet in the world. V8 was a great move. 26mpg. Twin Turbo, With the Top down you are at the top of the world. Leather still smells brand new and it is 5 years old with 34,123 miles.

Recently bought a beautiful Infinity Q60 from European Motors. I had done my research and their price for make/model/low milage/great condition was fantastic. Do not be discouraged by their “low overhead” showroom. You are buying a car not subsidizing a typical “over the top, high overhead showroom” with high prices and exorbitant processing fees. This car is amazing, You can feel the power while driving it. It's beautiful and comfortable. It's twin-turbocharged and intercooled DOHC 32-valve V-8 has amazing power. I heard before that it can reach zero to 100 mph in 11 seconds but when I tried it was on 100 mph in just 11 seconds that's mind blowing.
