They did a great job diagnosing the problem, even showing me it was motor oil not transmission fluid. Called about my warranty, always scheduled me an appointment to come back & reminded me of same. I just hate that they beat around the bush about a loaner vehicle.
My 2011 BMW needed some repair that my hometown auto repair wasn't able to do so I called Gault. We made an appt., I took my car in, they called that very morning with what needed to be done and an estimate of cost and time. They got it done quicker than anticipated. When I picked up my car it was as clean as if I had just bought it from them. Unfortunately Gault is about 40 miles from my area or I would take my car there for every minor thing also! I was VERY happy with the service!
I was looking for a very specific car and thus conducted a nationwide search. I was a bit nervous because while the appeal of shopping on-line adds so many more possibilities, I had the natural apprehension about not actually seeing the car. Alex was terrific. He patiently took me through the process. I had the car inspected. A problem was found with air conditioner and Alex had the compressor replaced. There was a small hiccup in shipping the car, but that had more to do with me living in rural Oregon. Alex waited patiently for the shipping to be completed. The process was painless and I would defiantly recommend this dealership. Especially, if you are thinking about buying a car on-line.
11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. My purchase turned out to be a very smooth experience. I can only hope that all car salespersons will one day follow his lead. Vic
Having bought a used Nissan Altima 2017 I was helped by Rudy The Manager and Cindy to get a good deal. Also the car works well as it is still under warranty by Nissan. I recommend this dealership for any customers for Volvo cars and some great bargains on Used vehicles.
Salesman did a great job of finding what we wanted as opposed to putting into something we did not want. The Financial person was every annoyed to the point of being rude because we chose not to buy what he was selling.
We went into the Mullinax Ford Apopka location after visiting numerous Ford dealers in the Central Florida area. Our sales consultant Jose Burgos listened to our request and for found that specific vehicle we wanted with little time wasted, after other dealers couldn’t. Jose went above and beyond working with us and as my wife said, this has the best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle, you’ll want to go to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and ask for request Jose!
Found a sweeeeetttt NIssan 370Z on Cars.com, submitted my RFI and they got back to me very quickly. Had a nice phone conversation (initially) about 10 days ago, sill had a couple of questions. Have emailed waiting for answers, then may buy. The second person I talked with said the price online is firm (I think there is room to negotiate - ESPECIALLY since the car is being sold "as is", which means I could be on the hook for hundreds or dollars, or more, of repairs). But, all in all, it looks like they have reasonably priced, if somewhat higher mileage, used cars.
Patricia Smith was an excellent and kind salesman. She made us feel very welcomed and cared for during our entire experience. She was extremely accommodating to our needs and was extremely helpful in answering any questions. Patricia's kindness and overall gracious demeanor at our first visit at Ford was the reason we came back to purchase the vehicle. Patricia makes you feel important as a customer and makes it known to her clients that her overall goal is your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase. It was truly a great experience and we will continue to work with Patricia in the future for any additional purchases.
Excellent experience, prompt service. I made an appointment, was taken in. Showed to waiting area. There was TV, wifi, computers and refreshments readily available. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. The wait time was not excessive and I got to go through the showroom and look at some of the newer models
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Lincoln or even a pre owned vehicle. The sales team is above board, the dealership is beautiful and clean and the people are very friendly. The service department is top notch and the service is done right the first time! Roger was excellent. If i could give him more stars i would. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. he greeted us very nicely and took care of us and helped us get what we wanted , The finance guy rey was nice too. Don't know that I would go anywhere else. Very responsive sales folks. Good quality used cars. Treat you like family. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Chris Drew John and John in finance you were all very easy to work with.
I will never buy a car from anybody else LUIS CHINCHILLA is the man....best experience ever, I call asking for price, He did such a good job over the phone that I drove to the dealer and got the best deal ever.
