Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.

This car is wonderful to drive it goes into turns and asks for more. The control in the rain on the interstate is amazing. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. Drove six hundred miles, got out of the car I felt like I could do two three hundred more.
I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. I will always recommend this location to my friends and family. Awesome job guys, thanks for your help as always!

I love this car and what the value was for what it was going for. Its super fast and I love the interior design and exterior styling. I have always had a great experience with the 328i but was blown away by the style of the 228i. I love the overall experience of the car and super grateful and fortunate to have found this car!!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Too complex to take full advantage of info control. After purchase you are sent a "special" to explain how to operate the controls. Apparently even the agents can't explain it to you. The IT guy says you'll have to come back because of the complexity. There's a lot of road noise going down the road.
I researched our Honda /Acura purchase for over two weeks using every resource available. I also contacted over 15 dealerships for quotes.
Brian Welsh from Radley Acura, Bailey's Crossroads was the only sales person who truly listened, understood what I was looking for and responded with a reasonable quote from the start.
When I arrived at the dealership Brian had multiple choices ready for us to evaluate. There was no pressure, and nothing was hidden. Brian did what he said he would do! We didn't get turned over to multiple layers of management, Brian was empowered and knowledgeable.
When it was time to meet the Finance Manager Matt, he displayed the same level of professionalism and knowledge as Brian Welsh.
The sales team at Radley Acura is awesome and I highly recommend them. Out of the 6 local dealers we visited, Radley Acura was the only one that I felt offered us a fair price from the start, had a trained team of professionals, and was looking to earn a repeat customer. Once again BMW fails in the area of outside mirrors. I also own a 2015 Mustang and it has a better mirror system. Both are two doors and it's hard to reach the seat belt in a BMW. Mustang has solved this problem a long time ago. The 2 series makes a lot of noise when compared to the 3 series. But my 2 series has M components and it is an outstanding sports car and a dream to drive it. It's expensive but I bought a used one with 6 k miles. Simply put, it's a beautiful Melbourne Red two door 228 ix with several M accessories and I love it.
Maria provided excellent customer service! She demonstrated and extraordinary ability to understand my needs without being ever making me feel pressured. She is very knowledgeable and extremely quick! She was extremely patient and helpful, and despite having to stay past showroom hours, made sure that the car was in perfect condition before I left. It was a pleasure working with Maria, I highly recommend her!
Maria provides exceptional customer service. She would hear your needs and try to work with you accordingly and would provide support above and beyond to cater your needs. She would not pressure you to buy and she is very transparent with all the information which is very important. Maria is very welcoming and provides exceptional customer service that anyone would expect from top dealerships. Their process is much more streamlined and expedient compared to a regular dealership. If you want to be done in less than 90 minutes and get a good quality car, go to Vins. Their staff is great, very helpful and does not pressure you to buy
The post office lost everything that Kingstowne sent so that I could register my car in my home state. Kingstowne was kind enough to let me come pick up the documents instead and give me a new set of temporary tags.

I really enjoy driving this car. It can go when you need the power, the design is stylish yet has amazing room and storage for a coupe.
