For some reason used cars are hundreds of dollars cheaper in Ohio than MO. Even with a one-way plane ticket, I'd save money if the Kia Optima I had my eye on met expectations. Alex set up an Uber driver to take me from the airport to the dealership. Once there, I met Robb, the salesman. The shop is a small, older garage. Their parking lot is as cramped as it can be. I was wondering if I'd made a mistake. Still, the price was great so I test drove the Kia. It seemed fine, but I had set up a pre-purchase inspection prior to my trip. A tip - always do that regardless of where you buy. It was the best $100 I ever spent. The car had a few issues - the rear brakes needed to be replaced and various sensors were broken or pushed. The mechanic also suggested new tires. Not counting the tires, he said it was about $1500 worth of repairs, and not worth the money if I had to also get this done. Dejected, I took the car back to Auto Botique and explained things to Robb. He called the owner who immediately offered a discount, or to take the car to a mechanic they work with and fix everything! I had to get a hotel for the night, but the got the car done. They later even decided to add the new tires! No extra charge - they just wanted to make sure the car was right for me and in good shape! That is the going the extra mile, and then some! I drove the car over 400 miles home and it did great. It's been three weeks, and everything is good to go. The building isn't spiffy, but that probably helps keep the car costs down. The price was amazing (easily $1000 more in my home town) and they catered to me at every turn. I'd highly recommend!

I had been looking for a specific Mini Cooper 2 dr hardtop and MAG had a 2018 dark Blue Mini 2 dr on the lot. From the moment I was met by Kelsey the sales associate, I was treated with her knowledge and kindness for my interest in the car. This car is compact, fun, agile and quick! And despite its quasi-luxury standing, it is well built and has really good interior and exterior materials. Unlike most coupe in this price range, the baby bimmer feels like an expensive gt car instead of a youngster’s showing-off car (yes I mean mustang).

Have you ever written a glowing review for a dealer you DIDN'T buy a car from? No? Me neither, until now. Here's the context: Found the car I'd been searching for at the Toy Barn, called them up, and spoke to Kea and Craig. They provided outstanding customer service; answering every question I asked, completing and forwarding paperwork, photos, video, and service records, setting up financing, and arranging delivery and titling logistics. IN TWO DAYS. And if that wasn't enough, they did it for a customer who lives 500 miles away, sight unseen. The one and only reason I didn't purchase their (extremely well priced, well serviced, and gorgeous) Aston Martin V8 Vantage was another one appearing with a hard-to-find option about 300 miles closer to my location. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. This car is wonderful to drive it goes into turns and asks for more. The control in the rain on the interstate is amazing. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. Drove six hundred miles, got out of the car I felt like I could do two three hundred more.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Too complex to take full advantage of info control. After purchase you are sent a "special" to explain how to operate the controls. Apparently even the agents can't explain it to you. The IT guy says you'll have to come back because of the complexity. There's a lot of road noise going down the road.

I have going to Kelly BMW for 17 years and I have found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. One time my wife's 535XI was having and intermittent blip on her display screen. Kelly gave me a 535 loaner and because it took a long time to diagnose the problem they did the work for free. Amazing. I have sent new customers to Kelly and my son now goes there for service rather than the dealer closer to where he live.
