This car is compact, fun, agile and quick! And despite its quasi-luxury standing, it is well built and has really good interior and exterior materials. Unlike most coupe in this price range, the baby bimmer feels like an expensive gt car instead of a youngster’s showing-off car (yes I mean mustang).

I strolled on into the office, about a half hour before closing on a Thursday, just wanting to take a peek at a ride I saw online. I expected to get the 'We're about to close' treatment, but Isaac did just the opposite; he brought me to the vehicle I asked about, started it up, and we proceeded to chat. Having never- and I mean *never*- financed anything before, Isaac took the time to explain my options, and walked me through the whole process. While we talked turkey, he introduced me to John, the big kahuna, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Between the two of them, this former avoider of everything credit (cash only since forever) was able to find fantastic financial terms, and get my wife into a primo 2009 GMC with low miles- awesome all around. Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. This car is wonderful to drive it goes into turns and asks for more. The control in the rain on the interstate is amazing. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. Drove six hundred miles, got out of the car I felt like I could do two three hundred more.

I was greeted quickly and they told me it would take approximately 1 hr 30 minutes to put on a new tire. I returned almost 2 hrs later and it still wasn't ready...actually they had only just called the insurance company to make sure they would pay for it (which they did because I had tire insurance). Having to wait another 1 hr, while trying to entertain two small children wasn't pleasant. If they had told me 2.5 hrs to begin with I would have been prepared for that. A little frustrating!

Too complex to take full advantage of info control. After purchase you are sent a "special" to explain how to operate the controls. Apparently even the agents can't explain it to you. The IT guy says you'll have to come back because of the complexity. There's a lot of road noise going down the road.

Since service related to standard issues including oil-fluid and engine belt changes, can't really comment on the quality of repairs but feel more confident car had necessary work and all done well. I can however express extreme gratitude for the overall service experience! From the greetings by various employees upon arrival including random employees passing by, front desk staff, the gentleman who set me up in the loaner to the personal attentive service from Peter, the Service Advisor, it was excellent! The BMW team was relaxed, efficient, professional and kind. They accommodated my condensed time crunch getting me in/out and off in a loaner car in impressive time, and all with a smile. Peter kept me informed of proposed services, helped separate out more pressing issues and made extra efforts to complete service in time to accommodate my work schedule while avoiding traffic. He also greeted me with a handshake on pick up to review the repairs/services and address questions. And had my car cleaned! I have continued to use BMW of Darien due to the consistently positive experience for past 5 years with recommendations to others. You are a very busy dealership - convenience was the initial reason for selecting you but you won me over with the excellent customer service. Car servicing is not usually pleasurable when you are paying the bill but having a positive experience definitely helps. Kudos to your team!

Once again BMW fails in the area of outside mirrors. I also own a 2015 Mustang and it has a better mirror system. Both are two doors and it's hard to reach the seat belt in a BMW. Mustang has solved this problem a long time ago. The 2 series makes a lot of noise when compared to the 3 series. But my 2 series has M components and it is an outstanding sports car and a dream to drive it. It's expensive but I bought a used one with 6 k miles. Simply put, it's a beautiful Melbourne Red two door 228 ix with several M accessories and I love it.

Attentive and efficient service. Excellent service advisor (Dennis Deljanin). Good communication and I have never felt that they were hiding anything. I have used them since 2012 for 2 new 5 series, one used 5 series that was not bought from them, a 3 series wagon not bought from them, and a 7 series leased in 2016. Getting in for service is a breeze, with a very efficient intake process, and I have rarely had any issues getting an appointment either.

Although they asked me to leave a positive review, but they had already earned it. Chris Quaglio my adviser was polite and patient. First identified what I needed, then showed me a nice car which I bought. However a question about car history is still unanswered by them. I hope they get back to me with a satisfactory answer. Azi in financing department is also patient and helpful. He gave me very good advises on financing, although I expected him to let me know before submitting hard inquiries to get my credit history. Overall I'm happy doing business with them.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Right away, Marc made us comfortable with his calm demeanor, low pressure conversation and expert knowledge. He was patient with us as we went through certain options, test drove cars and distracted our toddlers from screaming and wrecking the place. A lot of dealers probably get spoken about like this but Marc really gave the "family man" vibe and came across honestly. We were offered a nice lease deal on a 2016 535i xdrive, which was the best size and trim for us. We liked the color and the fact that it was almost brand new. Before that day I had done most of the research on BMWs and part of me had really liked the msport package, which the lease did not have. There were little details about it that just made a huge impression on me. But with the lease deal I had convinced myself it was the right car and we had a good deal so I'd move forward. My wife was easy going with the process and just wanted me to be happy. We signed papers, put a deposit down and went home. Then I couldn't fall asleep, I had buyers remorse and knew it wasn't EXACTLY what I wanted. I panicked, wondering if I'd be able to fix this and emailed Marc in the middle of the night, explaining to him my issue. He texted me in the morning, understood where I was coming from and recommended starting the process all over. It was as easy as that. I came back in, we found the exact car I wanted (2014 535i xdrive msport) and he gave me a fair deal on it. It couldn't have ended any better. He did what was best for me and my family, not him.. and that's what I truly appreciated. We'll plan to work solely with Marc when we return for out next deal. (X7?). Also, from the front desk to the finance department, they are all professional, kind and a pleasure to be around.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy.
