Had an exceptional experience here at Paul Miller Honda! I submitted an online inquiry and received the requested information from Cindy in BDC almost immediately. Once my initial questions were answered, Cindy connected me to the internet sales manager (George) who worked out a deal. I still owed money on my car and had budget constraints, so I knew it wouldn???t be easy - but George was able to put together a fantastic deal on a 2018 Civic EX-T. George and his BDC team were transparent and helpful every step of the way. Once at the dealership, I was assisted by Simon from the sales team. Simon was both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Honda lineup. After test driving the Civic, he introduced me to his finance manager (Victor) and the sales manager (Flavia). Much like Simon, Victor and Flavia exhibited high levels of professionalism. Within a short time, I was approved by Honda financial for the deal. The delivery was seamless and before I left, Simon made sure to show me the features on my new car and answer any remaining questions. The managers involved came out to congratulate me and I was on my way! I would without a doubt recommend Paul Miller Honda to anyone looking for a new car. I purchased a CPO BMW at Prestige BMW. Starting with Marcus (Internet Sales) who put me in touch with Rob DiDomenico(Sales) to Jim (Finance) and Ann (service), the process was stress free and a pleasant experience. Dwayne (BMW genius) was very patient in walking through all features of the car. I emailed Prestige BMW with a request showing my interest in a CPO 5 series. Marcus was quick enough in responding, he informed via email that the car was not available, and sent me a list of available cars. I called the next day and asked Marcus to put me in touch with a sales person. This dealership is about 75 miles and at least 90 mins from where I live. Marcus put me in touch with Rob who assured me that if I came down to the dealership, my time was well spent. Their online car trade in calculator is pretty awesome. The pricing on the cars is the best nationwide. I had spent atleast couple of months looking prices nationwide for a CPO BMW. I put down a deposit on May 13th, didn't not test drive the car. Told ROb I will come back with my trade in and the check for the remainder at a later date. DCU had offered 2.24%. I declined to go with BMW finance because as other dealer close to where I live told me that the finance offer I had on hand was the best. This car was a surprise but for my wife and she had no idea about this. I go back on May 26th to pick my car. Jim from finance approached me and asked what if he gets me a 1.9% from BMW finance, would I be interested? I said why not? Jim did his magic, in less than 3 mins, I had 1.9% financing on the car which dropped my monthly payment significantly, I bring the car home, then after a couple of days notice a tear in the leather seat and the lock on the glove box didn't work. I call Rob and he asks me to drop by. I go there, the service guys did an excellent job of repairing the leather. It looked like a brand new piece of leather, but Rob told me that the lock may be covered by CPO and any dealer can fix it. I go to Princeton BMW after a couple of days, Princeton BMW tells me that the lock is broken and not covered by warrant. It costs me $900 to fix it. Now I am really pissed at Rob and Prestige. I call Rob, Rob asks me to drop by again. I am like - xxx? Why didn't u check the last time and now I have to spend half a day again. Mr. Rob told me in a very calm voice to come by. I drive up there to prestige and explain my frustration to Anna (service), in less than 10 minutes the lock was fixed. Apparently a small metal piece had got in the lock. All they had to do is remove the piece and lock was back in action. I told Rob and Anna that I don't mind driving up for service even it takes an hour and half to get there. The staff at Prestige are very honest and friendly. Last but not least the girls at the front desk welcome everyone with a warm smile.

My 2016 X5 lease coming to an end , had 3 months left. After exploring opportunity to finance instead of leasing checked for 2018 models less than 5K miles . This dealer ship had 2 out of which the one that I got had the features which I needed . All started with Venetia texting and emailing me information. I met with Tim who was nice and not overbrearing .He bought on the finance person and once I saw that it was a reasonable deal I closed on the deal right away . Kirsten Perwas was nice and explained the newer features . However I am unhappy that BMW has changed their policy of 50000 miles ( full service including wipers/ brake pads /Lining etc to just 36000 miles oil change) Also they have increased the over milage from $0.18 to $0.25 per mile . Even though I live in wayne near Paul Miller ,I will be coming to BMW Ramsey for the service and I am assuming if service is over an hour , I will be given a loaner .

Very smooth process from drop off to pick up and it was clear that my time was valued, which is somewhat rare in many service departments I've used. The staff was friendly and efficient. My inital service person was John (I see 2, I'm not sure if it was Brugaletta or Desantis). He offered me a drop off and without asking I was called back by (I think) Brian when my car was ready and he had already arranged a pick-up. I was also made aware of other issues with the car and provided estimates for them but not given the hard sell as it was clear I wasn't in the market to get those issues fixed, yet. Also, my car that was being serviced is 15 years old, so I'm not a sales customer or even recent service customer, and I was in for an air-bag recall, not a normal paid service appointment, yet it seemed I received the same high quality service as the man with the brand new M3 in front of me. Also, both drop off/pickup staff were very friendly. Ford dropped me off and I think his name was Jesse (I don't see him on the below list) picked me up. Thank you very much for a quick and pleasant service appointment all around!

I just bought a certified pre-owned X1 35i from Tim and could not be happier with the buying experience. As a single lady buying herself a car, I went in with the idea that experience was going to be dreadful. Tim proved me wrong! From the very first phone call, he was helpful and responsive without being pushy. I was in the city for work and decided to buy the car and drive the 250+ miles home with the new car. Sure, that sounds a bit crazy, but Tim didn't skip a beat and quickly and expertly helped me navigate the out of state sale and structure the deal all between my packed meeting schedule. He just gets it. When I told him that I was planning to take an Uber from the city to come pick up the car he said "No! Take the train- the NJ path, it's better". Then proceeded to text me the directions for which line to take and where to transfer. And then, to my amazement, when I arrived at the station, he took the time to personally pick me up and drive me to the dealership. Above and beyond! Long story short, if you're in the market for a BMW and are within 250 miles- heck, *500* miles- go to Prestige and see Tim Gallagher. He's a good guy and he'll help sort you out.

This car is wonderful to drive it goes into turns and asks for more. The control in the rain on the interstate is amazing. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. Drove six hundred miles, got out of the car I felt like I could do two three hundred more.

Corey was very thorough, listening all to the symptoms I described. He was very professional and good-natured, searching through the various SIB bulletins to match symptoms. I gave Corey a printed copy of the SIB I found that matched the symptoms from the bimmerfest.com forums. He validated that the software version in the car equaled the SIB upgrade, and (later) that there was no foam to remove from the front vents. The car was then checked by your service technicians while I waited. 60-90 minutes, it was done. Corey explained the findings - the 2018 G30 does indeed have a weaker A/C than my previous five BMW 5-series. He walked me through the proper control and temperature settings, and again was receptive to all my questions. I found the constant communication from BMW via text, as well as the phone calls to remind me of the appointment and status checks, quite helpful and informative. Corey and team, thank you very much, excellent job, in this and my previous visits.

Once again BMW fails in the area of outside mirrors. I also own a 2015 Mustang and it has a better mirror system. Both are two doors and it's hard to reach the seat belt in a BMW. Mustang has solved this problem a long time ago. The 2 series makes a lot of noise when compared to the 3 series. But my 2 series has M components and it is an outstanding sports car and a dream to drive it. It's expensive but I bought a used one with 6 k miles. Simply put, it's a beautiful Melbourne Red two door 228 ix with several M accessories and I love it.

Been driving BMW for over 15 year now and compared to other BMW dealership. Well quite frankly I honestly feel Bloomfield BMW happens to be superior. I mean not only is my Service Rep. David knowledgeable and has the ability to directly pinpoint your vehicle problem by merely giving him a brief sound of it or single description. He's completely honest, responsible returns call, gives his undivided attention and never once played those price games others dealerships are known to play at times. The fact of the matter is this, I contribute 25% of my decision to continue my relationship with the BMW product as to how I'm handled when it comes to service and Bloomfield BMW has made me a costumer for life, in fact just purchased a 2018 430i hardtop with 20k to go with my 2015 M package X6 in my garage. Only down side is price for parts area bit inflated other then that they are truly above the rest. Thanks Guys Glenn B.

On my way home, my car started giving me problem so I call BMW Bloomfield to schedule appointments to have my car check . Receptionist was very pleasant and went out of her way to accommodate me and get me the earliest appointment. That morning when I drop off my car, the receptionist was extremely pleasant, they offer me a courtesy loaner car, so I could get around until car was fix. They also keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle. By second day my car was fix and running like new! They also explain to me what the problem was and wash my car😁wish I hate doing plus!! Price was awesome 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been using BMW of Bloomfield since 2006 when I purchased my 2003 Z4. I still own that car. In November 2014, I purchased my brand new X1, a 2015 model. I have been happy with the services provided for my cars. The staff are most pleasant and exceptionally accommodating. My service managers have always been helpful and congenial. Something not always met with at other dealerships. I have owned several luxury cars in the past and while the service department of those dealers were efficient, most employees are not cheerful. Many times you can sit and wait in their lounge area and wait for your car to be serviced. while you are waiting you can have coffee and bagels and usually fruit. The experience is all you could expect for a high end car dealership. Years ago, my Z4 was in for service when a minor accident occurred in the service area. My car was slightly scratched. They kept the car and repainted the entire vehicle as opposed to just painting over the scratch. This was very impressive to me and I made certain I told everyone I knew about how impressive it was to me. I would never purchase another BMW any where else.

Writing reviews is not my thing. The fact is, I have never written a review but my experience with Haasan Pires was sensational so I vowed to make time and write one. I had an opportunity to work with Haasan for my BMW 535i Xdrive - the guy is natural, he cares, he's knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure whatsoever. What more can a customer ask for? Not only did I get a kick ass deal on my 535i, I was also humbled by his selflessness. I traded a Jeep which was registered in my wife's name (wife wasn't present during the trade - we live in northern CT). Getting to the end of the deal, we realized that my wife needed to be there to sign for the transfer of plates. Haasan worked his magic and helped me finalize the deal - now the juicy part: We needed my wife's signature to complete the deal so Haasan volunteered to drive back with my to CT so that my wife can sign. Long story short, this guy drove to CT with me to get my wife to sign the papers. He easily could've told me to come back with my wife to sign then pick up the car but he went out of his way to do what he did. HE'S THE REAL MVP!! Why wouldn't you want to work this Mr Pires? HURRY AND GO SEE HIM AT WIDE WORLD BMW - RT 59 NY.

Unlike most coupe in this price range, the baby bimmer feels like an expensive gt car instead of a youngster’s showing-off car (yes I mean mustang).

We saw World Wide of Cars BMW on line, searched their certified pre-owned vehicles and found a couple we were interested in. We requested a salesperson to call us back and Haasan Pires replied and we set up an appointment for 4:30pm. We got their late due to traffic and they were closing at 6pm but he waited and didn't make us feel we inconvenieced him. We saw a couple of cars and decided to allow him some time now knowing our requirements and return the next day around noon. When we arrived he had mutliple vehicles we could see and he couldnt have been more accommodating. We ended up purchasing a CPO 328Xi. They detailed the car, replaced the batteries in the remotes, filled the gas tank, registered the vehicle and delivered it to us showroom new within 2 hours. The Finance Manager Gary Shapiro treated us like family, Willie Gallagher the CPO Manager was great and the BMW Tech Guru Tyler was extremely helpful explaining to us the options we didn't even know was included. The best experience and as I stated Buying the car was as great an experience as owning it.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The prep and delivery process was extremely quick and smooth. Joe had all the paperwork drawn up beforehand, and even took care of my insurance and registration. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Great cars at the dealership. Purchased a Mercedes C300 as I’ve been in the market for one for weeks. Noticed they had one at a great internet price of $19,700 I’m cargurus but at the dealership and their online website it was listed at $23,900. They honored the internet special and took a deposit of $200 to hold the car for me due to the fact that I had some problems finding a good co-signer due to the fact that I have no credit history and wanted to have the auto loan under my name to build credit. They worked with me every step off the way. Great company and I’m very satisfied with my car, and my payments! Check them out you will not be disappointed!

Too complex to take full advantage of info control. After purchase you are sent a "special" to explain how to operate the controls. Apparently even the agents can't explain it to you. The IT guy says you'll have to come back because of the complexity. There's a lot of road noise going down the road.
