I had a fantastic experience dealing with Christopher and Mia at Power Motors. They did not try to slip in hidden fees like other dealerships, the price I saw is what it was and they even tried to work with me! I wanted to inquire about purchasing a safe and reliable vehicle to get to work and I was able to look at a great car. I look forward to buying my car here. I appreciate Christopher making me feel welcome and Mia being friendly as well. They were able to answer any questions I had. Christopher helped me with Insurance questions and helped me out alot. I believe they are an asset to Power Motors and i hope they are appreciated as well. They deserve a promotion. Christopher Prado should be the CEO and Mia the co-ceo. I appreciate them not rushing me to make a decision or being too pushy like other car dealers. Because of this I will want to come back!

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

This is the 5th car I buy from major world, was a nice experience even tho we always wait a little long, Arturo was our salesman and he wasn’t great, I recommend him if you come to major world

It is beautiful, high technology, very fast, easy to drive, everything inside is perfectly made! It is 228 but feels like 320. It is not much smaller.

My new car is sexy! Love the Melbourne Red color! Interior is nice. I enjoy changing the ambiance light to the color of my choice. I am enjoying all the features of my new car.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

I am a long time bmw Omer , over twenty years now , usually I change my car for a newer one every two years, I have dealt with many dealers and salesmen over the years . Two weeks ago, I traded my x 6 for 440 convertible. I live in Connecticut, two hours away from Bloomfild bmw , but the process was easier than ever , started with a phone call to the best salesman Andre Lindsay , who was Obove and beyond as far as communicating information, getting every aspect of the sale done professionally. I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

Drove from Massachusetts to NJ for a certain car but when I got there I had second thoughts about it then Gabriela showed me something I fell involve with! I’m a long time returning client with this specific dealership. I actually live in NY, about an hour away, and make the drive solely based on their customer service. I’ve been coming here since 2003/04. A few weeks ago turned in my 2016 5 Series for a 2020 2 Series and love it! Didn’t have a set car in mind when walking in, but Lori Asserson was able to show me what she thought I might like. She asked for my criteria, which was: a Coupe, AWD, Black and NO LEATHER, as I am Vegan. The last one also came equipped with the sensatec (I believe that’s what it’s called?) Low and behold, she had this exact car in one of their lots! It was meant to be! My transactions with BMW of Ramsey are always pain free. Everyone just wants to help you, but I believe Lori goes above and beyond. She truly is a gem, and one of their longest standing Service Advisors - Platinum status for sure. She also isn’t pushy, which I DO NOT LIKE. I was very fortunate to have been placed with her after my former advisor had retired. I wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else...she’s just so warm and genuine. No schticks here! Again, it’s the customer service that has kept me coming back after 16 or so years. I can’t end this review without mentioning to the other 2 people that participated in my experience. Dwayne, the resident car genius, who knows every BMW like the back of his hand, and makes you laugh while he’s assisting you. Then there was Rob - in the Insurance area, my last stop before leaving. He’s a new addition to this dealership and a pleasure to deal with as well! He was so informative and spoke I great detail about the bundles to be offered. I never took advantage of this before, and thought it would help with peace of mind. I sure was glad I got the bundle I did! Thank you Rob for your recommendation.
