My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.

I inquired about a vehicle online and Chris Tropiano responded. His experience, approach and willingness to listen made my buying experience seamless. He represented the car honestly and went above by sending me additional photos. Once at the dealership, Chris was affable and had everything lined up for our purchase. Highly recommended!
Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.

From the start Terrence Holmes was truly professional an accommodating. This is the second car we purchased from Wide World BMW in a 3 month span. Ricky in Finance did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of the process, and expediting the paper work. The car was a surprise gift for my sons 17th birthday on December 18th. Terrence offered to store the car for 2 weeks on the dealership property, which helped us out immensely.
