Best car buying experience of my life!

Couldn’t be happier… Best car buying experience of my life… My 2009 328i x Drive finally caved in after 267,900 miles. My wife immediately reached out to BMW of Warwick. Thankfully she was able to speak with Bob Shaw a client advisor there. She explained that through her research she had found a car that we were looking for. She told Bob that I work two states away and might not be able to make it there before closing. Bob told her that it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived for the test drive Bob had already met my wife and was giving her a tour of the car. This was a first for us. In the past the “sales person” always would speak with me and focus the conversation on my needs and wants. Immediately I knew that Bob was a true Client Advisor as he cared about what we both thought of the car. We took the car for a test drive and Bob was extremely knowledgeable about the cars features and answered each of our questions and made the both of us feel very comfortable. There was never a point that we felt pressured or the typical “car sales pitch”. He was always open and honest. We were very happy that the car we were looking for was available and the Client Advisor we worked with was Bob Shaw. The best part of the entire process (other than driving the car off the lot) was when I picked up the car. BMW of Warwick had their entire staff there to congratulate and thank me for my business as I walked into the back room to see my new car with a big red bow on it. Bob Shaw even remembered that I joked with my wife that the car was really her car. He made a note on a sign wishing her the best on her “future new car”. Both my wife and I feel that our overall experience with BMW of Warwick and Client Advisor Bob Shaw was one that we hope we can duplicate over and over again! I love my new car but I can’t wait to go back again for my next new car.
