Got my 2018 M3 - black sapphire with sakhir red/orange interior, competition package. Car was in stock, colors and packages were selected by dealership. Great taste, guys!!! Car looks amazing, real "bad-xxx" character. It has almost all possible packages, still was priced decently and discounted even more after a short bargain ;) - special thanks to Jason ;) Service at Tenafly was simply outstanding: neat facility, courtesy, professionalism, answering all questions, even great jokes...) Jason Lee gave us a huge discount as a returning customers, and priced our trade-in X5 higher than any other dealers. We feel, we got a great deal after comparing prices at different places. Alain answered all questions, made short calls to the insurance company and financial institutions, selecting the best financing deal for us. Thanks Alain ;) Definitely will return back, thank you very much, BMW of Tenafly!!!

The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

This week I purchased my second BMW from Marlen at BMW of Tenafly (my 6th BMW). This purchase went as smoothly as my first purchase using Marlen some three years ago. We ordered a new 2018 X3 and the process was flawless. We literally pass by three other BMW dealers to work with BMW of Tenafly. When the lease on the old vehicle was coming due, we received an email from Marlen reminding us it was time to replace. I do most of my research on cars online, so I usually already know exactly what I want. Just as before, the negotiating process was smooth and pressure free. I said what vehicle I wanted, what options I wanted and I received a great price immediately without having to haggle--a good fair price that makes everyone happy. The entire process was completed in a few email transactions. When I went in to sign the papers to order the car, we only had to go over a few things such as what color to get and so forth. While going back and forth over colors, Marlen was great giving his opinions and I ended up with a color combination I love, but wouldn't have even thought of if not for his input. On delivery night, the process continued to be smooth and the entire interaction was laid back and not stressful. Without a doubt, I will use Marlen for my next BMW purchase (and the one after that). The paperwork was handled with Sean Mohammed. That process also went smoothly and as quickly as possible. Even though we didn't directly deal with him on this trip, I have to make mention of Service Advisor Bob Ryan. I have serviced 4 BMWs with him and he is always efficient, on top of things and goes the extra mile to make sure you get in and out quickly. Whenever I show up, I am always warmly welcomed. Your service advisor is who you have the closest relationship with at a car dealership and I don't know what I would do if Bob left.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I have a new found respect for used car dealerships after purchasing a used BMW from Luxury Motor Club that looks, drives and smells brand new for the cost of an used car. I don't have very good credit but it is still better than most peoples credit and Stone was still able to get me a good rate. The vehicle is way beyond what I expected for the low price I managed to get. You should definitely check out their inventory, they keep high quality vehicles and some of the best prices I have seen. I have to admit they were a little over priced on some vehicles but anywhere you go they will be over priced on certain stuff. Oh yeah, don't forget to ask for Stone!
