One of the most spectacular vehicles I’ve owned. Perfect drive, great interior, great performance! I most definitely will recommend this to my friends, family, and coworkers.
From the moment we walked in to when we pulled away I could not have had a more pleasurable experience, and I have bought handfuls of new and used cars in my life. Nancy B was so professional but warm and comfortable to talk to that it felt like I had known her for years. Dave C was the consummate GM and could not have been more friendly and easy to talk to. And Susan in Finance was detailed and respected our time and offered great choices to my purchase at an affordable cost that it made it impossible to say no. This is the perfect car for nice performance and good drive experience. Best car ever. I use this for daily commute and nice to drive for long drive.
Andrew was very professional, not pushy. They let you take the car for a test drive on your own and he really did get us a good loan and was patient.

This is the second 320i we have owned, only because the first was in an accident and driver and passenger were completely fine, protected and surrounded by airbags. We went back and got the same car again, that's how much we loved it. Smooth, comfortable and safe! Looks great, too! And plenty of power!
Went in for scheduled service, brakes were indicated to replace by on car monitoring systems. Melissa kindly told me that the key reader in dealership didn’t bring up the brakes, but she would check. After all said and done, no brakes were done, just brake fluid...and another service light saying to bring my car in for brakes in 2000 miles. So I have to burn another day off, time, money, etc, because Melissa and BMW Henderson wouldn’t replace brake pads. By the way, these are all services covered under my maintenance contract, so it appears that they are not only gaming me, but using the system to their benefit, instead of mine...I’m pretty sure that’s the epitome of poor customer service. I gave the effort 3 stars...

The is car was beautiful. Inside was very "techy" with lots of features. The only reason I did not buy this car was that he dealership wouldn't give me what I wanted for the trade in.
