About 2 months after the purchase of our Subaru Outback from Bourne's, the ABS light came on and we took it to the local Subaru dealership in Atlanta for inspection. They informed us that there was a wiring harness issue and it would be ~$4K to fix. Of course we were upset knowing that Bourne had conducted a pre-inspection of the car before the sale. We were referred to Ben Poisson at Bourne and he immediately got involved in contacting this ATL dealership to confirm the issue. Ben stated that he would send the part(s) necessary to the dealership and that it would taken care of immediately and at no cost. I was hesitant to think that it would be 100% resolved, but it was and I sincerely appreciate Ben's professionalism and positive attitude in assisting us in this matter. Thanks again Ben and Bourne!

Great bang for your buck

I bought this car for my wife. It is our first bmw and just driving it home I noticed the bmw effect. Steering is predictable and responsive the car corners like it’s on rails very comfortable, smooth ride. Passing a vehicle at hwy speeds is pretty impressive considering it is a twin scroll turbo 2.0L. Navigation is a nice easy to use layout, and it has street view so you can look 360 degrees around the place you are looking for. The Center console button for everything takes a lot of getting used to. Tail lights are nice and really bright, and the light brake application and outside lights lighting up, and hard braking and all brake lights lighting up is pretty cool. Defiantly buying another bmw after this one.

I drove eighty (80) miles to Bourne's Auto Center because they offered the vehicle I wanted at the best price. I had looked at over 30 vehicles dung a two week period. The vehicle was as advertised and the purchase was professional and expeditious. I had a pre-credit approval rate which Bourne's was able to beat. Upon returning to my home, I noticed a flaw in the paint on one of the door panels. Although this was a "grey" area of a pre-owned vehicle bought "as is", Matt and agreed to rework the area to my satisfaction. Within days they picked up the vehicle at my home, left me a loaner vehicle and returned my new vehicle repaired. The entire process took less than 2 days. The repair work was flawless. My service rep, David Sousa, is excellent! He was out sick, though when I first called to set up the appt. and it took me 24 hours to make the appt. and then get confirmation on the price. That is why I gave 4/5 on customer service.
Everything else was fine; car was done on time, all service and diagnostics clearly explained.
Apparently, contingency plans need to be reviewed for procedure when a rep is out of the office.
I am use to more efficient service at any BMW.

I didn't make the purchase because the car hadn't been serviced yet (used and just went on the lot). It may have had an engine issue, but like I said, since it hasn't had their service yet I can't say they would sell it as-is. I would love to return to this dealer to buy a car from Luis sometime in the future!

This is the second 320i we have owned, only because the first was in an accident and driver and passenger were completely fine, protected and surrounded by airbags. I would not recommend this car or any other BMW car. The quality is just not there anymore and BMW will not stand behind their products. Numerous problems with this car with less than 68000 miles on it. Thousands of dollars in repair bills. A cheap American car has just as much quality these days and will not cost you the expensive maintenance issues that a BMW has not to mention the regular very expensive costs of normal wear and tear.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Selling to Carvana: super easy and no-hassle!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.
