Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.

Getting this car back in jun of 2016 as a brand new lease from BMW of Fairfax, I've been in the service department almost every 2 weeks. I had an accident due to a brake failure, the A/C broke down after 3 weeks of picking up the car, and so far the dealership has changed 4 set of the whole brake system. NOT A RELIABLE CAR AT ALL. Looks are good, Quality is HORRIBLE?!
Allison was super helpful, enthusiastic, and it doesn't hurt that she's an avid MINI lover/owner as well! Rob in the finance department was also quite informative, and answered all of my questions in full detail. Overall, this was an awesome car-buying experience! I didn't feel pressured into buying, and I drove away VERY happily in the exact MINI I wanted!

This is the perfect car for nice performance and good drive experience. Best car ever. I use this for daily commute and nice to drive for long drive.
Jonathan, finance and the rest of the team there are amazing. They worked hard to me the car I wanted. I love it and am truly grateful to everyone involved. We will be buying our truck from there in a few months as well.

One of the most spectacular vehicles I’ve owned. Perfect drive, great interior, great performance! I most definitely will recommend this to my friends, family, and coworkers.
The buying experience was OK, at the time I bought my vehicle I was also shopping with another dealership. I chose SA BMW because I feel like they gave me a better deal. My problem with the process is that my vehicle was missing equiptment that was promised with the vehicle: floor matts cigarette lighters, an extra key and a tow plug that was missing from the bumper. I was promised these items and I was told that I would have these items in about a week. I have attempted to contact the salesperson Kirk at least twice a day and left messages, each time I call he doesn't answer his cell phone nor does he return my phone calls. I was skeptical about leaving the dealership without having everything that goes with a Certified Preowned Vehicle. Before I bought the vehicle I was getting calls for employees and the salesman Kirk 4-5 times a day. My advice to anyone in the market for a vehicle make sure you have everything that goes with the vehicle before you leave the property. Because once they have your money the level of concern for the customer will no longer exist.

This is the second 320i we have owned, only because the first was in an accident and driver and passenger were completely fine, protected and surrounded by airbags. We went back and got the same car again, that's how much we loved it. Smooth, comfortable and safe! Looks great, too! And plenty of power!
Simply put: When I leased my new Countryman in September, 2018, I was astonished at the level of customer service I experienced. Holly Bell, Albie Burch and especially Rob Silva. All of them were fantastic and obviously have gone through rigorous CS training and it shows. But, having spent the most time with Rob--between choosing my car, learning the tech and handling several follow-up issues that were resolved immediately--Rob was more like a brother who knows my car better than I do than a car salesman. Thank you Holly in service, Albie in finance and Rob who maybe needs a better handle than "sales" because he's on another level! And thank you Mini for hiring all three of these fantastic people.

The is car was beautiful. Inside was very "techy" with lots of features. The only reason I did not buy this car was that he dealership wouldn't give me what I wanted for the trade in.
Purchased my second Mini Cooper from Rob Silva his knowledge and expertise is second to none both times I dealt with him he took time to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an educated decision, I never felt any pressure sales tactics and he made the entire process smoothe and efficient. From start to finish he was involved and very professional, which is why I remain a loyal customer and plan on being one for a long time.
