We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
I have never had a team work so hard to make my dream happen. Veronica Tran and the finance manager spent hours to make sure that i got what I wanted for the package that met my needs. Worked with Tucker Deitz, he had the car ready to go for the test drive, no pressure sales, answered all my questions and I believe I got a really good deal. Process was very simple and I was out of the dealership quickly, so far the car is driving like a champ!

If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

BMW of Riverside delivers in so many ways! Customer service is 10 star. Mark drove the BMW from Riverside to Palo Alto to deliver my car. I never bought a car without seeing it (but we know what a BMW looks like) they made the transaction so seamless and fast. They took all the worry out of my over-the-phone-purchase. Took all of 30 minutes to sign the paperwork (if that) and the car was mine. I cannot believe they delivered the car to me 404 miles away. Answered all my questions. Extremely knowledgeable. Ask for Mark and he will take care of you. Best salesman ever. I am thrilled with my new (to me) pre certified car. And the price, hands down the best price around. That is why I bought a car 404 mile away!!
I was directly contacting 3-4 different BMW dealers since X5 eDrive was hard to find.
they were all giving me different numbers with different options of course. but it seemed like riverside brought me the best unbeatable deal to me.
I live pretty far from there but the deal made me to drive an hour and half to see the car. and of course we bought it.
Sujan was the dealer whom i was contacting. and he made all easy. there was not uncomfortable push to sell it.
i'll definitely contact this man again if i decide to buy bmw next time.
You guys are awesome! I was on a road trip, far from home. I showed up with no appointment at 3pm on a Friday the day after thanksgiving with an issue with my tires. I didn't feel safe driving home on them. You guys took me right in, called the third party company that handles payment on my company car, got payment, had the tires in stock, and then put them on the car. I was in and out in under an hour! I have a fleet of 15 cars for work and I never had an experience with any dealer even with an appointment that great! You guys rock, you really helped me out and I made it home to California safe!
