I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.
I’ve been going to Sterling for about 1 year now and I don’t think any dealership can compare in quality, customer service, and professionalism.

Great place to service your car! I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service area, the Service Advisors were very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks to Manager Farhan mirza for getting the car serviced quickly.
The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly!
This is one of the best experience I had at a dealership. Would definitely come back!
My wife purchased her dream car from Sterling and the staff rolled out the red carpet. I was extremely impressed by the level of service. It was a special day she’ll always remember.

Had just got my car totaled. Decided to look online for cars. After deciding on a car I came to their site and asked if a certain car was available. Farhan mirza quickly responded and helped me out. I did the same to another dealership and only got automated responses. Personal service is what I like! And if that's what your looking for, come shop here! The entire staff is really nice! Overall a quick, easy, and great car buying experience. Thank you Farhan mirza you took the pain out of buying a car!
True professionalism and great accessibility. I was treated with class and all salesmen were knowledgeable of their vehicles and the competition. I have bought several vehicles in the past but BMW of Sterling goes way beyond the limits.

This is a great place to buy a car I came in and this guy name manager Farhan mirza! This guy was great. He helped me with the paper work and made sure the process went smoothly and made sure I was taken care of to the end until I walked away with my keys in my hands. I still text him to bother him on some questions and he always gets back to me. I'm soon taking my daughter to get her car.
Took our X5 in for service and had the pleasure of meeting Beaver Ho, could not be happier and more pleased with the customer service he provided my wife and I. The whole experience left us in awe as it’s hard to find service like what he provided us nowadays. Will definitely be going back for future service.

Best driving experience. I enjoy driving this car everyday it has very good handling and at the same time very comfortable and smooth. I feel very safe while driving my BMW.
I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. I will always recommend this location to my friends and family. Awesome job guys, thanks for your help as always!

Very impressed with the whole process, from the excellent website to the organisation of the test drive and purchase to the helpful,professional and friendly staff. Appreciated the time to make a choice without being pressured. Excellent service throught the transaction from all the staff.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I had a great experience at BMW of Alexandria; i was referred by another prior customer to Osman Aberra after totaling my car - right after getting out of the hospital. I didn't even know i wanted a BMW but the customer serviceattention to my need and concern was stellar. They were mindful of my wallet, and helped ensure i wasnt making an impulsive purchase--but took the time to educate me on the merits of the cars without rushing me or making me feel pushed. Several emails, even more text messages and 2 test drives later....i took my new X2 home. Everyone there was awesome-polite, helpful, courteous and professional
I first off want to start off by Saying Max Moyer who works in sales is the real deal convinced me to switching to BMW from Lexus he is the most detailed and knowledgeable about BMW cars and does everything to make the process of buying a car quick in easy I spent a total of 2 hours buying my car. I recently got my 2012 X3 Power Sunroof Motor replaced at Fairfax BMW service center. Tyler did a great job and talked with my third-party extended warranty service on my behalf (I have read about unpleasant stories regarding these third-party extended warranty providers) - and they agreed to cover the repair cost without any hassle! I really appreciate Tyler's help and his dedication to make his customer satisfied.
