My experience was outstanding as always with Kevin in charge of my account at BMW of Spokane Service Department. I was impressed this time specifically with the challenges that were presented due to higher than average numbers of customers with service issues; issue that were happening to the entire team. No one of the service team was impatient, every customer seemed to be satisfied that they were being attended to and there was excellent BMW team communication happening with the men in the outer part, in the service drive through/drop off and the customer facing team handling the paperwork, phone calls etc. This particular service team would be a benefit and selling point to any sales team. Excellent customer service and support brings customers in when it is time to buy.
Kevin always extends me impressive, professional customer service no matter how large or small my issue is. He's fair, excellent with his communications and is sincere in his interest in each one of his clients. Thank you!
