My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Great place to service your car! I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service area, the Service Advisors were very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks to Manager Farhan mirza for getting the car serviced quickly. The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly! This is one of the best experience I had at a dealership. Would definitely come back!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Had just got my car totaled. Decided to look online for cars. After deciding on a car I came to their site and asked if a certain car was available. Farhan mirza quickly responded and helped me out. Great bang for your buck

I bought this car for my wife. It is our first bmw and just driving it home I noticed the bmw effect. Steering is predictable and responsive the car corners like it’s on rails very comfortable, smooth ride. Passing a vehicle at hwy speeds is pretty impressive considering it is a twin scroll turbo 2.0L. Navigation is a nice easy to use layout, and it has street view so you can look 360 degrees around the place you are looking for. The Center console button for everything takes a lot of getting used to. Tail lights are nice and really bright, and the light brake application and outside lights lighting up, and hard braking and all brake lights lighting up is pretty cool. Defiantly buying another bmw after this one.

I am pleasantly surprised with the 320i. It is quite comfortable, has plenty of power and has great styling. So far the car has lived up to all expectations. It also gets great gas mileage.
