Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. Best car buying experience ever. No pressure whatsoever. Herb, our sales guy, was awesome. He knew the car inside and out. He had all the paperwork prepared for when we arrived, and it only took an hour total to get everything done. Can speak highly enough of our experience and would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys.
Most of my dealings was with Rob Rose over the phone.I bought cars out of state before but i never did this much communicating with a sales rep.He made the experience worthwhile.Everthing i needed such as having the car looked at by my mechanic and using my credit card to place a down payment and answering my questions about the car was all done without hesitation.They even provide a lift so my car could be inspected.This was a big plus for them,because prior to buying here i found a car that had less mileage but that dealer didn't want my mechanic looking at the car so they lost a sale.Overall so far i had a pleasant experience dealing with Turnersville BMW.There are some unfinished business with my tags and paperwork for my bank that have to go through the dealership,if that part ends with no problems then overall the experience was a success.Thanks to Rob and everyone that helped.And i may call to ask question.

Recently had my 10yr old BMW serviced there and also leased a new one. I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Everyone I dealt with - from the service writers, technicians, service manager, internet sales manager, and client advisor - was awesome! Issue with my older BMW fixed under warranty, and a phenomenal sales experience on the new one. (Particularly Krissy Cone - Internet Manager, and Glenn Falvey - Sales/Client Advisor). Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic, R Title. Buying process wasn't so bad however I did notice that some things were missing from the car (skid plate, valve stem covers, mileage was a bit off from what the title stated (not much), only thing that was a negative basically was that I picked up the car and the gas tank was empty. Didn't get the title in hand right away either.
Will look here first the next time I need to buy a car. Actually enjoyed the experience. Good deal of just the car I wanted. Rami took care of everything. Friendly, attentive, accommodating, efficient...normally the car buying experience is long and uncomfortable...not with Rami. Defiantly recommend.
