We were able to get all of the negotiating out of the way, appropriate paperwork done, and in full agreement before I even sniffed the door at the dealership. I was in and out of the place in less than 2 hours. When was the last time did someone ever buy a car from a dealer in that kind of time? Probably no one. Top notch service, eager to work out the best deal and completely comforting. No sneaky stuff there. Financing was a breeze. Nothing negative about these guys. Amazing experience. I will go back.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I had an issue with my 335i that was never before seen by myself (an automotive broker) or the service department. After changing plugs and coils (by myself and a master mechanic with whom I regularly work), the idle went to 6500 rpm.
The team at Gengras methodically hunted down the issue. They kept me updated daily and provided a loaner while my car was being worked on. They were beyond friendly and always answered any questions or concerns I had.
They went above and beyond for me and my car going so far as to talk directly to the engineering team at BMW in Germany so they could remote diagnose the issue. When I got my car back all the issues were corrected and it now drives like a new car.

I was searching for a Audi A4 with a manual transmission which are becoming harder to find. A coworker recommended North Bay Imports. I was a little nervous since I always bought new or certified from an Audi dealer. I may never buy a car any where else again and HIGHLY recommend them. The car was perfect and delivered with new tires and brakes all around. Financing was easy and the rate very competitive. Their selection is impressive and of very high quality. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The fixed price policy bothered me at first and I tried to negotiate but Jon held firm on his price. After seeing the car and the delivered condition I fully understand his price and I feel I got a lot of car for the money.
