Great service experience!

Brought my car in because of black smoke coming from my tailpipe. The service shop diagnosed a cracked valve cover, and contacted the extended warranty company for coverage. The warranty company sent out an adjuster to assess the damage, etc. All the while, Todd kept me informed on the progress and status of my warranty claim. The warranty company was a true pain in the butt, but Todd was persistent in attempting to get a decision and, again, kept me informed. Todd also provided me with a loaner car which I kept for the duration of the repairs. The warranty company made a decision after 2 days (and many phone calls from Todd and myself). When my wife came to pickup the loaner car, she commented on how friendly and professional the entire service staff was towards her. Todd is truly a great service advisor and worked with me to get my car repaired, despite the obstacles from my warranty company. On a side note, I bought the car from a dealership in Scottsdale, so the warranty was not sold through BMW of Tucson and I did not blame them for my problems. Overall, my service experience was exceptional and the staff was courteous and friendly.
