The most important characteristic of selling cars is transparency; and, this is what makes Public Auto Brokers so succesful! Having bought some 20+ performance cars during the last thirty years, I was impressed by how unique this dealership is; where all staffers are courteous & friendly; including the owners (Paul & Gary...) who really come to work and do their daily tasks.
However, today's review honors Bob Murphy (sales & finance Director) who efficiently orchestrated my deal to success--enabling me, in 2 hours, to finally be in a my dream car, a 2016 GT350. In fact, what is so unique at Public Auto Brokers, is their modern way of selling cars: the deal closer is the same person who completes all finance paperwork--unilke conventional dealerships & their mediocre approach, where clowns, with different titles & ranks, line up with markers to play games; then... comes another jester, the finance/business manager, trying to fabricate more sides to one coin...sorry, not interested!
Besides, what impressed me most was Public Auto Brokers efficiency: all employees are working, with no idle/down-time; there are NO secretaries/gate-keepers doing nothing, while walking around and smiling...
Finally, words are never enough to express my praise; but now I know that Public Auto Brokers is The Automotive Paradise who provide 'the best car-buying experience ever': Best prices & Competence, topped by positive attitudes. Money negotiations is very TRANSPARENT and drama-free (no hustling: all prices are on-line, with free car faxes). Very simply: Try it to believe it!
