I usually don't do reviews but I really had to give this place credit for hooking me up. My credit is very poor but my salesman, Jason, found a really great deal for me. He's very good at follow ups and making an appt whenever I need something. You can tell he really cares about his job and what he does. My BMW is in pristine condition with a clean title and low miles, I really couldn't believe it. This place is really great.
someone coming from Pittsburgh, i wanted to make sure all the cars were maintained extremely well from parts to stitching. This place was well worth the drive cause I got a maserati for an amazing price compared to any maserati i've seen in my area. make sure you ask for pablo, great salesman, great guy.
Let me start with one word that Route 22 Honda are customer-centric dealership and they do their best to keep the process transparent, friendly and appreciative. The time I visited this dealership, I had almost gone through 3-4 others with considerable deals. I had pleasure working with "Jean Shim", who was absolutely amazing. I want to thank her for all her efforts she put into getting the perfect car I wanted. I never felt rushed, rather than always asked to satisfy myself before making the final decision. I must say this, She is a great asset to the company.
I would also like to thank Freddy Agosto for finalizing the deal price. Without him, it would have never done. Remila was also nice throughout the paperwork.

Last August I brought a 2015 Mercedes from this company, The sales person didn't Have any knowledge about the vehicle all the sales people left me in the office alone while they when to the back room very unprofessional.
Bobby made our car buying experience a breeze. From the very first conversation to the time we closed the deal he was very transparent and willing to work with us. We live in CT and discussed our needs by phone and when we arrived, he had already lined up all the paperwork and things were just as we had discussed and agreed to. My car was totaled in a car accident. Besides being shaken from the car accident, I was stressed and frustrated because I couldn???t find the car I wanted. Been to a few car dealers with no luck. But once I arrived at Bergen Car Company, I knew I was at the right place. The selection of cars were amazing. Used cars but looked and felt as new! The sales representative was most helpful, looking into my requirements, offering suggestions, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle in which I was interested. First let me say that i normally don’t do this. My experience was so good that i had to. I first went to Great Neck for a different car and found out that it was already sold. No call no deposit from me so that’s completely understandable. Upon walking on the lot i came across my baby. There she was a nice yankee navy blue 2013 740 Li BMW with a caramel interior... I looked at the price and quickly thought i can’t afford this - or so i thought. Upon entering the building i was greeted by Mr Rick Rogers. He was very articulate and persuasive without being pushy. Straight off the back i could tell i was dealing with a seasoned veteran. So within our conversation he suggested that i take her for a spin and boooooy did i... Best test drive I’ve ever been on. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Luxury power performance and payment lol.. After my thrilling test ride it was time to sit down and talk to John the financial guru.
The first thing he said was i will get u where u need to be. That sounds great but what’s the catch.? There was none !!! Within hours i was driving my BMW off the lot and into my driveway.. My payments and insurance are within reason for my situation. Overall i had a GREAT car buying experience at Great Neck and i will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends... BTW this is a real person and story..!!!
Hands down the best dealer in the tri-state area???not just of the Mazdas???but of all car dealers! The most friendliest and inviting staff, not a slimy, nor pushy, car slinger in sight! From the sales team, to the managers, all the way through paperwork, it was really one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. And I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan who might be my new favorite person???even outside of car sales! Very knowledgable, informative, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for his customers. (And deserving of so much respect!! Inside joke!) So happy with my new vehicle and will definitely be returning to keep it in tip-top shape or my next vehicle purchase. I walked into the dealership after buying seven BMW previously.. I told Chris Fash the options I wanted In my 320 BMW and the colors I preferred..He did not have it at the dealership but Located it at another dealership with in 24 hours.We negotiated the price in 15 minutes and I picked up the car a week later. I packed up the car and was out of the dealership within the hour. This made buying process very streamlined and efficient. My time is very important to me, and they respect others.
I just recently purchased a X3 and couldn???t be happier with purchase and experience, especially with being a new customer to BMW. Maria, thank you for everything and of course to my salesman, Kyle Gries for taking the time to make everything run smoothly and being so attentive. He was so personable, and could answer any question I asked. Even after, he took the time to make sure I was happy with my purschase, and I know if I still had any questions, he would still answer. Thank you for all that you did, and I would always refer him to anyone I talk to!
