I am impressed with personalized response of sales team. I am looking for a particular used car and have not yet found the right one. I can only speak for the initial follow up response which is prompt and courteous. The only negative is the unnecessary sales emails that have nothing to do with my search. I also could not rate 4 of 5 areas due to above mentioned reasons, but a 5 star to date
First I got internet salesman, then when I arrived at the dealership I was referred to another salesman. I was told the car was not at dealership.....then after I bought the car and finished with the finance office, I never saw
the salesman again to congratulate me nor to instruct on new vehicle!!!
Great customer service and detailed attention to customer never making feel pressure to purchase the vehicle, got approved online and when i visit the dealer that night i was out in of the dealership with my new beemer in about two hours. Julio was excellent.
The vehicle I purchased has super good quality, and the staff there are really really nice with great service, specially thankful to David, he is a great and decent guy with great customer service. The best vehicle purchased experience ever! Thank you all! I will be back again and of course I will highly recommend this auto group to my friends!
Thanks deluxe for hooking me up with a new ride. I noticed I wasn’t getting the respect or attention I needed in LA in my old ford focus. I needed a new car. My credit wasn’t that good but the folks at deluxe were ok with that. I was able to get a new car and hopefully get my girl back. Thanks guys!
I reached out after hearing the commercials, asked the right questions, went in with copies of all the required documents and or had them scanned in my drive to email, went in, picked a car and was out within a hour and a half. Carlos the sales guys, he was great. The internet guy, delayed in responding for a day or two, Carlos made up for that. Ricky was great and had us in and out. Left with a practically new car. No complaints here. No central AC with is probably why things were rushed and Mike doesn't have great customer service skills...but again, over good experience.
Awesome customer service! Ray is a very kind and patient sales man. Takes his time and is very understanding. Takes your fears into consideration when purchasing a used car. He’s not pushy at all. We love are new used truck!
Outstanding parts dept, service dept, and sales dept!

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.
Dealer ship sounds good, have not personally gone to find out for my self yet. But when I’m ready I will go take a look
