Everyone knows how painful it is to buy a car, going to a dealership, spend countless hours, get cheated, lied to, harassed, bargaining for pennies, etc..., it seems to be the rule to any dealership on the planet. However, there is always an exception to any rule, and the exception is Newton Automotive. I was looking for a big car and came across Newton Automotive. From minute one, you can feel the honesty and the right atmosphere in this place. Olek is fabulous, he is humble, very knowledgeable, tells it like it is and advises you what is right for you without pushing in any way. Joseph is amazing and only gets cars as if they were his own, so obviously even used cars are in very great shape. My car needs some minor adjustments that they disclosed to me during the sales process and they have committed to fix everything we have discussed and even to provide a loaner car. I am definitely pretty precise, asks questions and like things done well; those guys have exceeded expectations on the sales and service side. The car selection process was quick and easy, no need to bargain as the prices are very reasonable. Once decided, I dealt with the finance side of Newton Automotive. Zach, the finance guru is excellent, he knows what he is talking about, he works with you on the best possible scenario and does not leave any rock unturned. They certainly all want to get cars off their lot but they will never use number of cars as a benchmark, they will use the customer satisfaction as a benchmark and will only send you back home with the car that is right for you and your budget. This place lives and breathes honesty, people are warm, funny, professional, good in business, care about their customers and the cars they sell them. They have no need to wear suit and tie to show how professional they are, because they really are professional and understand what customer service is. There is a few more people at their dealership from the shop to the office and they all are very nice and very good. Not only, they are now my sole and only car dealership, but I will also service my cars at their shop. I could continue this review, but by now, you must be getting the feel of the experience that I can summarize in one word: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
