After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Recently purchased a 2018 CX-5. Andre walked us through every step and option and catered the experience to our needs. He maximized our purchase while minimizing the cost. The car has met all my needs. I get the best gas milage in ECO Mode of any car I have owned in the past 10 years. In performance Mode the car performs as a BMW should, it is fast off the line and corners smooth as silk. This is my second BMW and I can't imagine driving anything else!
It???s been a couple weeks now that I have our new car and I want to thank Steve, Jason & Devon for getting me the car I wanted and at my price. From the first time I made contact to three days later they delivered our car without ever stepping into the dealership, all was done through email & text during my busy workday. I was skeptical but the process went very smooth. They made me a customer for life.
Looking forward to owning such a wonder car.

I think this car is absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition. At the moment, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase this car.
My experience at Koons was nothing less than extraordinary. Micaiahs service was awesome. He kept his communication with me at all times, he went over & beyond to make sure i was satisfied. My first BMW. Fast, comfortable, roomy, and excellent fuel economy. I commute daily, and and impressed by the over 30 mpg mileage. Seat warmers, steering wheel warmer and awd make it a great winter car. Great car made from high quality materials, very dependable and efficient. Great handing is a no brainer its a BMW ?

I recently purchased a 2014 CLS550 Mercedes from the 10100 Liberty Road Randallstown location this week. I had surgery back in June and was out on leave for a while. I did want to purchase another vehicle but wanted to wait until next spring. Nevertheless, I was just randomly searching on my iPad and came across Xclusive Motorcars. I’m glad I did because I didn’t even know this place existed. Before I began my search on the website I started reading the reviews. That is what blew me away! There were so many positive comments and feedback I just couldn’t walk away without contacting them to see what they may have that I am searching for. I completed the contact sheet online and Scott called me the next day. I scheduled an appointment after work and went to see what they had. Someone did call me the day of my appointment to verify that I was still coming. Didn’t know it was Mike the sales manager. When I arrived unfortunately Scott was out ill but Mike the sales manager immediately took care of me and placed me in the good hands of sales associate Uma. Uma, and Mike gave me one of the best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time. Not to mention Roosevelt one of the finance manager was excellent as well. They got me a great deal at a great price and had me on my way within hours. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a great deal, price and excellent customer buying experience shop at Xclusive Motorcars.
Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!

The 328i is an excellent all around vehicle. From the exterior to the interior there isn't one feature of this car that will disappoint. This car handles like a fine tuned machine. BMW's are for road enthusiasts and I recommend this car.
Javier is a terrific representative for Carbiz. When I think back on this day the word Patience comes to mind, he certainly displayed it well.

Having previously owned a BMW Z4, I knew repairs and maintenance are very expensive so I purchased a maintenance warranty at the time of purchasing my pre-owned BMW 328i. Little did I know that the brakes on the BMW 328i 2013 edition would last to 90k. Can you believe it? I can't, but that's what COAST BMW OF SAN LUIS OBISPO is telling me as my maintanence package was about to expire and I asked for (and was promised by the forder finance manager ). Oh, and that they only require oil change every 15,000 miles.....again what my on board computer tells the "service writer". Not much value to a $2600 maintanence package. I got 2 oil changes and 2 sets of wiper blades during the 3 years of the warranty period. I like the car, but dislike the "service" after the financing was done.
From the moment I reached out to Mr. Lowery he took excellent care of me. Upon shopping for my new purchase i contacted 4 dealers. Mr. Lowery was the first person to follow through and get the deal completed in record time with no bs. Being in the professional field my self it was breath taking to work with someone on the same caliber; one who values customer service and exceed expectations! Meeting him in person continued to impress me. His communication style was efficient and effective! I will definitely bring Mr. Lowery future business for myself and whomever I know that is car shopping! Mr. Harris was exceptionally professional, efficient and funny as well! I love this dealership and look forward to doing more business with them!

Just love this car! Great ride! Love the leather heated seats and the moon roof. Oh and the heated steering wheel!! Navigation and run flat tires too!
This car shopping experience was fantastic and hassle free. Teah was so kind, thorough and put me totally at ease thru the entire process. I???m getting ready to introduce my son to both Teah and Frank. He is considering a BMW. That will be the 4th one from Northwest BMW in the past 2 year. Great customer service. I was looking for a reliable car to start my professional career, something to get me back and forth to work without issue. This car is that car. It has great handling, the design looks good, and it has parking assist features. The only things that I dislike about the car are that there is no sunroof and that there is no navigation in my model.
My husband and I were shopping for a car and Harold Blackwell greeted us at the door. He made buying a car a wonderful experience. He was very informative, professional and honest.

This car is excellent in performance and it’s a luxurious car that meets all my needs.
I love it and enjoyed driving it.
One of my favorite things in this car is it’s 4 cylinder motor that when driving in turbo mode, it is fast as you can think.

Client Advisor Harold Blackwell was so helpful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the cars and buying process. Harold is the type of person I would recommend to others when purchasing a vehicle from your dealership.

I didn???t really know what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and he walked me through different options and helped me settle on the 330e.
