We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Jim Page is not your typical salesman. He is all about the relationship! Jim is a person who cares, and shows it over and over and over again. I had called and worked with 5 different Audi dealerships. I was so uncomfortable with the high stress pushy salesperson and none of them listened to what I wanted in a car! I drove all the way from Tucson, AZ because of Jim's caring, excellent and timely service, and ability to deliver what he said he could. I am still so impressed with Jim! Being in sales myself gives me even greater appreciation! I'll never go to anyone else again to buy my car!
Cameron and Nick helped me out with my 'new to me' 2003 4runner today. Both of them were very friendly and got me a great deal with the best possible finance rate as well. What's more, I was in and out in an hour and change, which I really appreciated at the beginning of a busy week. This is our second BMW that we have purchased from Rod at BMW of Denver. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I trust him implicitly and he got us AN UNBELIEVABLE DEAL on my new car! One of the best experiences in the buying process was to work with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She took her time to explain all the features of my new BMW and there were many. She knew the features used by most people and set the initial settings to my liking. The key was the follow-up visit two weeks later to go over issues that were not covered or that needed further explaining. Thanks Mariah!
Our salesperson was Aspen , She was very easy to work with we told her what we wanted where we wanted to be at payments, She got us the vehicle we wanted and where we needed to be with payments. Aspen made the hole transaction very easy. I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy a vehicle.

My husband and I just moved to Denver and we need to start a life here in the States. Since day 1 Shahin was very transparent with us, guiding and helping us understand different steps we need to follow as new residents.
