I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I inquired about a used Fiat 500 Abarth with 22.5K miles. Friday morning and bought it that night. Robert B stayed in the office when we called on his day off and met me 5 minutes after they closed. I test drove the car and fell in love. With my financing already set up. I was out of there with my new car in less than 2 hours. The men and women there stayed 2 hours past closing on a Friday so I could buy this car. I understand selling a car is there job, but no one wants to stay at work 2 hours after close on a Friday!
I had nothing but a great experience from this establishment. I will enjoy my ride even more!
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
Did not buy a BMW. Bought a used VW. They showed me the vehicle history, the carfax and service invoices. Total peace mind. Got a great wagon and a super deal. Bill the Used Car Manager is great. Easiest buying experience I've ever had.
They're nearly finished with the remodel and while they're still working on the final touches, the facility looks great. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and was provided with a breakdown of my price as well as the options and what my payment would be in a clear and concise manner. Both the salesman and the financial professional were knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions.
Jeff Street was an excellent sales representative at this location. There was someone to greet me at the door and escort me to the sales portion of the building.
