I bought my BMW from Perfect Auto work with James the finance manager he is very honest and respect full got me the best and lowest rate he sold me a very clean and beautiful car all the sales people in this dealer were very knowledgeable about the cars very nice and clean dealership there was no pressure at all. Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
Elena greeted me promptly upon arrival at my service appointment. She kept me posted periodically concerning the progress of the service of my vehicle. The facilities were clean, well organized and the staff were very courteous and professional.
I recently got my 2012 X3 Power Sunroof Motor replaced at Fairfax BMW service center. Tyler did a great job and talked with my third-party extended warranty service on my behalf (I have read about unpleasant stories regarding these third-party extended warranty providers) - and they agreed to cover the repair cost without any hassle! I really appreciate Tyler's help and his dedication to make his customer satisfied.

I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Great service did everything they could do to get me in a car today. Took a little bit but had good luck. They were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone for sure.
