No pressure process, Ritchie responded to my inquiries very fast and professional. Good value on the car with fair trade in assessment and clear with answering my questions. Title transfer and financing process was as painless and fast as possible, would definitely shop here again.

I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.
I agree with the other reviews, no pressure sales team! In fact we found exactly what we were looking for right before going out of town. Ritchie has no problem holding it for us. Notary next door made the buying experience easy.

When we walked into the showroom we were greeted By Devin in a very respectful manner. He has outstanding customer service, knows his product and did not put any pressure on us. He made us feel welcome and worked very had to get us what we wanted and make sure we were happy. If you want to work with someone that listens and understands what you want, Devin is your man. Been buying cars for over 50 years, best salesperson I ever met. Go see him and you will have a wonderful experience.
What an amazing experience from start to finish, and I wasn't even buying new. I found the Audi A6 of my dreams, and I couldn't be happier. Mr. Jim Munsey as stated on his business card is indeed a BMW Genius. He took all the time needed to explain details and operation of the vehicle I had selected. I never felt any sales pressure or rush to get through the process. After he completed his explanations and demonstrations the transfer over to Joe to complete the financing process was very smooth.

I bought two cars from Jay Simon. A new BMW X3 and an Audi A5. Jay was very knowledgeable about both cars even though it is a BMW dealership!
