I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership! Jeremy and his manager Dave were awesome. I saw the vehicle I wanted on-line and I called and spoke to Jeremy about it. Since I live 9 hours away and I was afraid the vehicle would be bought out from under me (as what happened with a different dealership) they said they will keep it for me if I put $500 down. They described the vehicle's condition and took pictures so I knew exactly what to expect. Dave went over the finances over the phone and I knew the exact price to the penny! I showed up 5 days later and traded in my vehicle and signed the papers. After a quick test drive, I drove 9 hours back home to Colorado in my new Toyota Sienna. The entire process there took about 45 minutes. TOTALLY WORTH THE DRIVE! These guys are honest, sincere, friendly and they even gave me chocolate :) Would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again!

A lot of service departments could learn from this place. I never feel like I'm being oversold repairs, they give prompt answers to my questions, are great at communicating during my repairs, and the technician is very proffesional I'll continue to request Kade to service my vehicles.
We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. I was really, really pleased with my experience here. The salesperson I worked with was friendly, helpful, cute with my kids, and not at all pushy. I was able to find my dream car at an amazing price, and it is in perfect shape (I had verified by Les Schwab before purchase). I found out that they make sure ALL of the cars are in perfect shape before they put them on the lot (fix any problems in their car shop before they sell them). They're would definitely be the first place I stop next time I needed a car, or the first place I would recommend to any family or friends looking for a car.
I'm from California and Asay had the Range Rover I had been searching for. I was heading back home the next day and everyone bent over backwards to get me home ASAP with my new car. They came down on a Sunday so I could test drive it and get all the paperwork done. I test drove and bought the car and was in and out all in 50 mins. That is the experience everyone should have when buying a car.

The trade-in bought me a beautifully cared for black 6 cyl turbo-powered-X3. The high-tech features of the vehicle are nothing less than awesome and I greatly appreciate the fact that I can call on Murray BMW for instruction if and when needed. I have to add that the Murray facility is a warm and spacious environment in which to wheel and deal and have a look at the beautiful new BMW machines on the show room floor. I completed a sale for a BMW M3. Unfortunately, BMW had an airbag recall which prevented the dealer from finishing the sale. It was a difficult conversation and phone call for them and they handled it as well as they could. They offered to reimburse me any out of pocket cost which was classy. They sent my a personally written note apologizing again. It wasn't a happy situation for me, but they did the best they could under the circumstances. My concern was eventually getting the car (because it fit my criteria) and they assured me that it would be held for me until the airbag was repaired. They have continued to keep me posted since that time.
