This car is probably one of the best cars I’ve ever owned I’ve owned fords Plymouth Chevy and dodge as well as Jeep but this car has out perfomned them all

I recently traded my R32 for a 2016 BMW328ix Luxury Wagon. It's a super car with all the bells and whistles. From the design, comfort, handling and performance there's not too much to be disappointed about. It's my first BMW and so far I'm very impressed.
Alpha Cars in Mass were brilliant from step one to driving the vehicle off their beautiful property.
We found a vehicle via their website, then we met Jeff at their reception desk. We were briefed on the dealership. He provided us with information that was needed, then we took a great demonstration ride. During our test drive talked enjoyed good conversation. The vehicle was as shown on their site. I wanted a sports sedan that would be enjoyable to drive after many years in ho hum sedans and suvs. This car is an absolute joy to drive. It has performance, styling, and reliability.
Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about vehicles that it helped make the decision to choose BMW over competitors easy for us. He was patient with us as we asked questions, and friendly with our children. We weren't sure we were going to buy a new BMW, but his willingness to work with us made the decision easy for us. We appreciated the low sales pressure environment as well!

I have owned this car for a little over a year and beyond met my expectations. It is very fun to drive, it looks beautiful and is very comfortable.
Purchased a new showroom Porsche Boxster for my wife’s Christmas present on 11/30/18. Of course she loves it.
the process was easy an congenial with Kim Smith , who is super knowledgeable about Porsche’s.
This makes our fourth Porsche and all of them are masterville to drive.

This car meets all of my needs. Not only a beautiful looking car. Love the way it handles. My first BMW and I know it won’t be my last. Great purchased I made.
Went to Hendrick Subaru Southpoint, to test drive and ultimately purchase a Certified used Forester. The one we viewed online was sold when we arrived but, we had a 2nd car picked. We drove it and decided to purchase. Within less than 3 hrs. we were driving off in our "New to us" Certified Forester. With the help of Gaelan Fraboni, and Will Priest, we have a newer car with short and comfortable payments. The whole team at Hendrick Subaru is fast, efficient and professional.

Definitely met our needs and enjoyed the performance it offered as well as the fuel economy. It’s the total package really, style, performance, comfort, and economic.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Also, he did not disappear once the sale was made but helped me tie up several loose ends. I bought a used Legacy from Chris Kinkade last night and couldn’t be happier. Before going to Subaru, I had driven nearly 10 cars across all makes. Chris did a full walk around explaining features of two models even past closing time. I ended up purchasing and he even helped me pick the best auto insurance. He went well above and beyond in all ways! Will Priest also stayed late to complete my financing, again above and beyond and always friendly.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
My situation is probably unique, but I filled out an online form requesting they help me look for a 2009 Honda Fit. I submitted it on Wednesday, heard from Jay (salesman extraordinaire!) that night, and then by Friday, drove home with the exact car I asked for. That goes to show that University Ford is willing to move fast to get you in the car you want. They're also diligent about checking email and online request forms, so for those of us who deal best in the "virtual world," that's a major plus. They made the entire buying process as straight forward and painless as possible. Just an all around positive experience. I highly recommend dropping in to see Jay and the rest of the team (it's a small operation, which is also a plus in my book). I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again someday.

Great car for winding roads. Mine is the xdrive model so a little light rain is no problem on the curves. A few inches of snow haven't been a major problem.
