I recently traded my R32 for a 2016 BMW328ix Luxury Wagon. It's a super car with all the bells and whistles. From the design, comfort, handling and performance there's not too much to be disappointed about. It's my first BMW and so far I'm very impressed. Alpha Cars in Mass were brilliant from step one to driving the vehicle off their beautiful property.

This car is my sixth BMW and clearly my favorite! It is actually almost as thrilling to drive and my Porsches. My purpose in writing you today, however, is not to express my satisfaction with the car but rather to express my satisfaction and appreciation towards Craig. Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the ordering and delivery stages and continues to be a helpful and friendly resource today. He is able to straddle the line between being an advocate for the dealership and an advocate for the client. At the delivery center, beautiful facility by the way, I was assigned a team of ???geniuses??? who began to introduce me to the car. I was amazed at the completeness of his knowledge and by the respect he commanded by those around him. I, and I dare say the geniuses, profited from his experience. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Great car for winding roads. Mine is the xdrive model so a little light rain is no problem on the curves. A few inches of snow haven't been a major problem.

Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I recently had an excellent experience with Paul Miller BMW, and specifically with service advisor Robert Smith. I own a 2011 BMW 535xi with over 90,000 miles. I had never been to Paul Miller before for service and came in seeking to have the brakes (rotors and pads) replaced under the extended warrantee, since they had never been done. Unfortunately, corporate BMW would not approve the brakes, taking the position first that they were not covered by the extended warrantee, which was incorrect, and then claiming that the pads and rotors didn’t need replacement despite the passage of 90,000 miles, squeaking and now warping. My experience with corporate BMW was totally negative and caused me to have very strong feeling of never purchasing a BMW again. Thankfully, my experience with corporate was in no way mirrored by my experience with Paul Miller BMW. The Dealership took it upon themselves to replace both the front and rear rotors and pads at no charge to me, providing this merely as a goodwill gesture to a customer. I was truly impressed that the Dealership would take the position that BMW should have, and absorb the cost of these items. Clearly, they understand what it means to develop and maintain a client base and thy have earned my respect and continued business by their professionalism. TERENCE M. SCOTT

The styling on the outside is great. Love the aggressive front look with the LED head lights, turn signals and fog lights. The rear LED tail lights have a soft beautiful design. The 18" wheels definitely enhance the look over the 17" size. The hvac system does not provide enough air when in auto mode. The ride is very hard on rough road surfaces and bumps. There has been an annoying squeak in the dashboard area that two different dealers can not seem to resolve. The acceleration is great and the handling is also very good. Would I buy it again, I don't think so! The cars don't seem to hold their value for very long.

Writing reviews is not my thing. The fact is, I have never written a review but my experience with Haasan Pires was sensational so I vowed to make time and write one. I had an opportunity to work with Haasan for my BMW 535i Xdrive - the guy is natural, he cares, he's knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure whatsoever. What more can a customer ask for? Not only did I get a kick ass deal on my 535i, I was also humbled by his selflessness. I traded a Jeep which was registered in my wife's name (wife wasn't present during the trade - we live in northern CT). Getting to the end of the deal, we realized that my wife needed to be there to sign for the transfer of plates. Haasan worked his magic and helped me finalize the deal - now the juicy part: We needed my wife's signature to complete the deal so Haasan volunteered to drive back with my to CT so that my wife can sign. Long story short, this guy drove to CT with me to get my wife to sign the papers. He easily could've told me to come back with my wife to sign then pick up the car but he went out of his way to do what he did. HE'S THE REAL MVP!! Why wouldn't you want to work this Mr Pires? HURRY AND GO SEE HIM AT WIDE WORLD BMW - RT 59 NY.

Had to travel over 4 hours from NH to look at a Land Cruiser they had. I arrived late (my fault), but the sales team was very responsive and focused on my needs even though they were very busy that day. Tom Forte did a great job even though he wasn't that familiar with the vehicle (not expected). He allowed me all the time I wanted to look at it, then they listened when I was negotiating for the best price on my trade. I was impressed how they worked really hard to get all the paperwork done at the end of the day on a Friday, so I could leave with the vehicle and get home, even getting it fully registered for me from another state. They even called my insurance company and made all the arrangements while I was dashing off to the bank to get a check. I wish all car dealers were this nice to work with!

I own a 2014 Infiniti Q50 Sport. Infiniti blows the 328 away in just about every aspect. The BMW is sluggish in comparison. Handling is about equal for both. The Q50S has superior acceleration and is by far more fun to drive. You feel good sitting in the BMW because it is a BMW, but when you drive it, you quickly realize it is not the ultimate driving meachine. If you buy one, you will soon find out that you were suckered because you overpaid and got lackluster performance compared to the less expensive but more potent rivals. Bland in comparison to the Q50 Sport.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Good but extremely bad resale value. The car drives fantastic, good on fuel, but uses premium fuel only. the bad side of the car is the resale value, it depreciates at least 10K per year.
