I recently traded my R32 for a 2016 BMW328ix Luxury Wagon. It's a super car with all the bells and whistles. From the design, comfort, handling and performance there's not too much to be disappointed about. It's my first BMW and so far I'm very impressed.
Alpha Cars in Mass were brilliant from step one to driving the vehicle off their beautiful property.
Everything and everyone was so nice and helpful. Sean went above and beyond. Holding the car for us for the night made a huge difference in the overall buying experience. We were able to think and discuss it with other family members.

Great car for winding roads. Mine is the xdrive model so a little light rain is no problem on the curves. A few inches of snow haven't been a major problem.
We were looking for an Acura TLX Initially found the car on CarGurus reached out to the dealership to set up an appointment and it was available. The Car looked amazing Wesley was our sales representative he was very informative, and not pushy at all. We got a Price that i think both myself and the dealership and myself was very happy with. Paul the Finance Manager was very helpful as well, and really made us feel like we were in good hands. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Never thought I would want one much less own one, but a test drive sold me. I dont think I can ever go back. Sport mode is so much fun, but even comfort mode oozes manuverability and performance.
I found exactly the car I wanted, a 2015 Audi S3, at Autobahn USA. The salesman, Bob Walker, and finance manager, Renel, were professional, patient, and committed to ensuring the purchase was smooth and quick. Bob delivered my car to me in NH during a snowstorm, and communicated well during the entire process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a car.
Nice looking but sluggish

I own a 2014 Infiniti Q50 Sport. Infiniti blows the 328 away in just about every aspect. The BMW is sluggish in comparison. Handling is about equal for both. The Q50S has superior acceleration and is by far more fun to drive. You feel good sitting in the BMW because it is a BMW, but when you drive it, you quickly realize it is not the ultimate driving meachine. If you buy one, you will soon find out that you were suckered because you overpaid and got lackluster performance compared to the less expensive but more potent rivals. Bland in comparison to the Q50 Sport.
Exceptionally competent smart people . Proven ability to service prior car sl600 Mercedes , after repetitive failures at Mercedes dealer . Wanted 4wd convert , this Murano is like a new car . And it was 2 k less than another I had been watching

This car meets all of my needs. Not only a beautiful looking car. Love the way it handles. My first BMW and I know it won’t be my last. Great purchased I made.
Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.
Was assisted by "Mike" the sales manager, and Joey Harrington the Client Advisor.
We are 1st time buyers and this was a very pleasant experience at BMW of Shrewsbury. Ryan Marcello was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!
We recently purchased a used non-BMW vehicle from the dealership. The price was very good. Our sales person was less than enthusiastic. I didn't expect him to know about all of the features and functions of a non-BMW vehicle, but I thought he might attempt find some of the answers.
Once we agreed on a price and trade. The purchase was going to be a cash transaction. We waited for almost forty minutes to see the business/finance person to complete the paperwork. Our sales person explained that the delay was due to computer problems. We arranged to pick up the vehicle three days later. We were told that the vehicle would be ready, we would be able to drop off our check and go.
We arrived to pick up our new vehicle at an agreed time. When we arrived our sales person went over the final numbers and put the license plates on the car. We then waited for another thirty minutes for the finance person.
The dealership was nice, the staff was friendly, we got a fair deal on a good car.
If I could give Kenny from sales a 10* rating I would. He is so easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about BMW general. I went in for my genius meeting today and he was great. I wish everyone would ask for Kenny when looking for a BMW. He will not disappoint!
