I recently traded my R32 for a 2016 BMW328ix Luxury Wagon. It's a super car with all the bells and whistles. From the design, comfort, handling and performance there's not too much to be disappointed about. It's my first BMW and so far I'm very impressed.
Alpha Cars in Mass were brilliant from step one to driving the vehicle off their beautiful property.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I wanted a sports sedan that would be enjoyable to drive after many years in ho hum sedans and suvs. This car is an absolute joy to drive. It has performance, styling, and reliability.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The 3 series sedan is the perfect size for me and it is good on gas. I don't think I would drive anything else in it's class. I plan on leasing another at the end of this year.
I purchased a BMW remotely, actually sight unseen, and although I was quite worried about the process and the risk, it was a great experience. Giselle Pearson was my Client Adviser and she answered all my questions and researched features and options for me. Most importantly Giselle was a pleasure to deal with and made the process seamless.

Elena greeted me promptly upon arrival at my service appointment. She kept me posted periodically concerning the progress of the service of my vehicle. The facilities were clean, well organized and the staff were very courteous and professional.
I recently got my 2012 X3 Power Sunroof Motor replaced at Fairfax BMW service center. Tyler did a great job and talked with my third-party extended warranty service on my behalf (I have read about unpleasant stories regarding these third-party extended warranty providers) - and they agreed to cover the repair cost without any hassle! I really appreciate Tyler's help and his dedication to make his customer satisfied.

Great car for winding roads. Mine is the xdrive model so a little light rain is no problem on the curves. A few inches of snow haven't been a major problem.
BMW of Silver Spring is a top notch facility with excellent client advisors. I had an awesome experience working with Lonnie Overby. He was honest, accommodating, and worked hard to get me into the car of my dreams. If you’re interested in a BMW and want a pressure-free buying experience, ask for Lonnie.
I bought a Lexus ES350 from this dealer. Mathew promptly responded to my email. Then I had a very good experience dealing with AJ during the deal and after sale. They all are very professional and friendly. Smooth transactions. I am sure I will be returning to them for future cars.

The car was priced great and an awesome value for the type of vehicle. Very happy with the performance and drive. A lot of fun to drive and very comfortable.
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.
