We had been looking for a used Van for a 3rd car in Nashville area for a couple of months. We had found most vehicles listed locally were overpriced and were prepared to travel to buy one, drive it home and still save thousands. We found this Van on Cars.com at Dixie Motors in Nashville and it was exactly what we were looking for in price, year, mileage and even color. Randy, the salesman, responded to my email inquiry on a Sunday and I arranged to go look at it the next morning. I appreciate that he treated me with respect and honesty (especially as a women buying a car). I bought the Van. It needed to be state emission tested which he took it that afternoon. It also needed the side mirror knob replaced under warranty, so he called after we had taken it home and offered to take the Van to the dealership for us. Above and beyond.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Just traveled 550 miles to buy our second auto from Mark Cox at Cox Motor cars in Nashville, Tn. Why you ask? Simply put, the very best car buying experience anywhere! Mark sells mostly really nice vehicles coming off lease that are almost always low mileage and very well maintained. There is absolutely no pressure to buy, just walk around their comfortable indoor facility inspect the autos, take a test drive, and proceed when you are prepared to do so. I would never Be concerned about where the car came from or hidden issues that some dealers might conceal to a buyer. This is truly the very best dealer to purchase your next pre owned luxury auto!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I highly recommend BMW of Nashville for both sales and service. Jeff Pereira was awesome in listening to my needs/desires in my X5 purchase, getting directly to the options and giving his opinion when I asked for it. Fun, relaxed, no pressure purchase. This week, I did not have a service appt. but had a very low tire and was nervous to drive my car as I'm a realtor in it all the time with clients. Michael and the team in the service department immediately found the issue (screw), worked me in, replaced the tire and washed my car for me. Its awesome being able to rely on help when its needed AND to have a happy, clean, classy lobby to wait in while my X5 is being serviced. Loving being a BMW owner.
The team at BMW that I worked with were ALL wonderful. Starting right at the front desk with Andy - She has the innate ability to make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. I told her I wanted to work with a female salesperson. I was delighted to learn that this dealership has two! Sadly, most dealerships have none. Andy introduced me to Carol Lawson, who was my salesperson throughout. She was terrific! Next came Paul, one of the geniuses. On the day I picked up my new vehicle, he took the time I needed to go over all the fun features of the X1 I had purchased. So kudos to a very well run organization. It appears to this satisfied customer that management cares about the buying experience of their consumers and has put both the time and effort in professionally training ALL of their staff.
Well you get lots of help when you're looking to buy...get car home find things that don't work, contact your salesman by phone and email get no response. you would think that they would make sure everything was working before they put the car on the lot
I already knew the make and model of vehicle that I wanted. I researched within 100 miles and Global not only had the type of car I was looking for, it was already fairly priced. Friendly environment, worked with Sean on the deal and had it done and out the door in less than an hour.
Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier with my car buying experience!
