The staff at the service Department was awesome and professional, did a fantastic job, coffee bar was awesome as you wait for your car the coffee Cafe came in handy and the new decore was real European
My experience with BMW of Honolulu has been great so far. They were able to take care of my primary request right away and under extended warranty. They were able to take care of my secondary request within a day and provided me with a free rental. The only glitch to the entire experience and the reason I cannot give them an "Excellent" rating is that it was noted that I received a complimentary car wash but it was not washed. The same water spots from using my windshield wiper the day before was still there. The wheels were still covered with brake dust too. At any rate, everyone at the dealership were professional and friendly. Thank you to the service greeters, service advisors, technicians, shuttle drivers and everyone who took part in providing me with a great experience.
While shopping for a used Vehicle (not a BMW) I stumbled upon a great 2015 BMW X3 that fit well within my budget. Wallace was tremendously helpful and friendly and I am so glad he help me find and get into this vehicle!!! Emmy made my experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara the very best car purchase of my life! Since I am retired and in my 60s, that is saying quite a lot! Along with her manager Katie, they succeeded in getting me my dream car at a price well within my desired range! The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.
At the end of conversation and procedure, I finally decided to buy a car, my new Passat there. And I am sure I will recommend this place to my friend, and I will probably stop by when I want to change my car in the future.

On service requests, there has been a shuttle or loaner car made available depending on my needs, attention to timeliness if I have waited for the car to be serviced. It's what you come to expect at a luxury dealer and attention to detail including a complementary wash and vacuum doesn't go unnoticed.
