Hands-down the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Ron was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. The selection of cars on the lot made it hard to choose, since there are so many great looking vehicles in stock. I essentially left here with a car on nothing more than a handshake and a signature, as my auto loan couldn't be processed until Monday - but they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to drive back to Delaware from PA because of this little mixup. Be warned, there isn't a lot of room for negotiation in thier pricing, so don't expect to haggle much. However with the quality and condition of these cars - you really won't need to!
Went to the dealership a month after buying it - came back with absolutely 0 issues on the car! No better indicator of quality in my mind.

Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! I had put off looking for a replacement for over a year, car buying had always been excruciating, tedious and time consuming. Heath greeted us at the door we had any easy quick conversation about what we were looking for, after checking inventory we discussed our options took a test drive, the car was amazing even in the pouring rain. Back at Otto???s, terms and the paperwork, orientation to the car and we were off. Heath Cameron and Otto???s provided the best car buying experience ever and I???ve bought quite a number of cars over the years, I highly recommend them!
Very hard to imagine a better experience, Justice Mogano is a top notch professional. We special ordered our 440i to get exactly what we wanted. Months ago Justice estimated our pickup date and did not miss it by more than a day or two. Also, he kept us very well informed throughout the process. We were made to feel like we are part of a family (very rare these days) and nothing was ever a problem with ordering and adjustments to financing. Then, the day of pickup, extremely smooth and Justice took as much time as we needed to explain new features and operation of the car.
My experience buying my car here was beyond easy and everyone we worked with was extremely kind and helpful. I feel lucky to have found my dream car here, highly recommend anyone looking for a car to look into here, you will not be disappointed! Thank you everyone who made this a very positive experience!
Saw the car online. Looked like a good deal. Read some not so great reviews about this dealership but liked the price point for the vehicle year and low mileage so gave them a shot. Tremendously pleased with the car, the experience, and the staff. Josh sold us the car and Ryan, the manager, filled in when Josh was closing another sale. Very informative and considerate gentlemen. I was pre-approved which made the process smoother. Also received great value for my low mileage trade in. Plan to return for my next purchase.
After dealing with large dealerships and having terrible experiences, I was lucky to find HG Motorcar. No pressure sales, laid back salesmen, fair pricing and fantastic service. I had an issue with my vehicle and they bent over backwards to make it right. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. And I love my new car!
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.

Very good dealership. I've purchased two vehicles from them (summer 2018) and have been very pleased both times.
Check their inventory often, as you'll find there's always a good deal ($$) on a really nice vehicle.
Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
I called at 7:30 Am and told advisor that I wanted our car to go to their service bypassing a closer one as I trusted them more. They were prompt, gave great service and were more on point than I think another one might have been
I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
