My 2016 BMW 328 GT is the best 3 series I’ve had since 2004. The car has more interior space. The hatchback makes it easier to remove and place packages in the rear of the car. Overall the car is fun to drive.
Makes buying a car easy! No gimmicks, no hassle. This is our second time buying from Bourne and I am sure we will be back for a third someday.
Consider something extraordinary.

Purchased a 2016 BMW 328XI GT CPO with 10K miles + MSport Trim package. Day 1, drove 600+ miles to bring it back home - easiest 10hrs behind the wheel I've driven. Day 2, packed four adults and a large dog into the car and loaded a Thule on top for another 6 hour interstate trip. Impressed how much torque the 4 cylinder engine had in reserve to pass, even with a full load of people and luggage. Averaged 33.8 mpg over 954 miles, cruising at 70 mph. Impressed with the utility of the hatchback design and smooth, controlled ride at all speeds. No need for a bigger car or SUV, this car does everything very well.
Friendly service, not pushy at all when it came to seeing the cars or rest driving them. Cars were clean and ready to drive. Wesley was very kind and knowledgeable

Still love it! We drove it from Texas to Colorado for a ski trip and fit everything we needed for a family of 4. Never missed a beat and I was confident in the way it handled in the snow. Ride is smooth with a quiet interior. The backseat is roomy enough for my two teenagers. I still get a lot of compliments on the car, and BMW service is fantastic. Took it in for its scheduled service, was given a new loaner X3 for the day. Overall very happy with BMW.
Nicholas Latta was a straight up guy! So informative and super helpful! He helped me make my experience easy and non stressful! Highly recommend them!
One word, Magnificent.

Ive owned this car for two years, best car I've ever had literally especially for the price. It looks different, reminds me of the Panamera, very sleek. Would recommend this over the Panamera honestly to all those looking for something elegant and stylish! Car rdies smooth as well.
Bob, my sales guy, was great as was everyone I met. Facility was clean and well maintained, as were all the cars on the lot. Plus, a great selection of luxury used cars.

I've had several different cars the past few years but I was at a point I could downsize (from a Ford Expedition) since my kids are older and driving themselves now. I saw this car and was instantly in LOVE. I read ALOT of reviews, some people don't care for the hatchback type styling...I personally love it. It has a very spacious back seat (Can fit 4 adults and their gear easily). HK stereo sounds good and the sunroof is nice. I bought mine CPO with only 4500 miles on it with extended warranty and got a fair deal. I get alot of compliments on the car and it is just an awesome car to drive. Perfect size for me. I gave 4 stars for Reliability and Performance since I've only owned it for a few weeks. I'll update my review after another 6 months or so.
Pranav Gill and the staff at HC Sudbury were a pleasure to work with. They helped me find the car of my dreams without going above my price point. Their sense of humours are also on point. They helped me feel an ease instead of pressured. I would highly recommed contacting them if you are insterested in a new car. They Rock!
Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

Robert was great from the appointment making to the car being in to service. I was updated several times with updates and pick up time . I was goven a loaner car and it was the easiest service visit ever . Dropped it off and picked it up with nothing I was not notified about and the quality of everything was top quality. Robert followed up with me several times via text and email to make sure I loved the work and my car . I can???t rave more about the team at Herp Chambers! They are great!

Excellent experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a new car and am sure your search would end there. They will do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy and well taken care of. Amazing, caring and helping are just a few of the words I would use to describe them! Pascal is the man! Right from our first visit till we had the car, he was always there to ensure that we get what we wanted. Superb customer service. Makes you feel very comfortable, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He is truly as asset to the organization. Mr. Gill, the General Manager, is always there to ensure that you have an excellent experience, are happy and satisfied.
