THE BEST SERVICE MANAGER, PARKS LINCOLN OF TAMPA

This is a review of Bob Weinstock, Service Manager at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. I am a female who is well past retirement age. I need to work with folks who are honest, courteous, easy to understand and more than capable of delivering a quality repair job. Bob Weinstock at Parks Lincoln on North Florida Ave in Tampa is that and more. In April, 2018 I took my Lincoln Town Car in for what was a 'periodic' issue with the transmission. At the time that I arrived at the dealership the problem would not reveal itself, which is always an issue with the customer ... that egg on your face feeling! But Bob listened carefully as I explained the history of the prior few days and he knew this intermittent problem was soon to be a major one. He kept the car and sure enough his transmission tech found the problem ... which required major transmission work ... and within days I was back in my car. Two months later all is still good. This all sounds simple, but I have been to repair shops where, when the problem was not immediately detected by their diagnostics, would not have taken the time to listen, who would have sent me away, making me feel like a totally incompetent female. This is just not the norm for the professional and tech staff at this dealership. They are top notch. It is common for the tech to come to the service office to speak with the customer. Bob and his staff listen, they make you feel comfortable, and even when stressed to the max they offer a kind smile. I have taken my automobile to Parks for 8 years and have never regretted it.
