After coming off a negative experience trying to purchase a Lexus 350L, I went to Dallas BMW just to check out the X5 after seeing the huge discounts online. I specifically asked for a female salesperson because I wanted to be treated like a woman with a brain who could negotiate her own deal. Annalee Bowers did just that. From the moment I walked in the door, she treated me like a valued customer. Never once did I feel pressure to buy. I fell in love with my car and they gave me the exact best price I wanted (4k less than KBB lowest fair value.) I could not be happier! I HIGHLY recommend Dallas BMW and specifically Annalee and Alex Guzman (sales manager) if you want a no pressure, all questions answered, transparent experience.
I LIKE BMW AND MY SERVICE GUY JOE BUT IT'S EXPENSIVE AND EVERY TIME I GO IN I AM INFORMED I NEED SOMETHING ELSE WHICH IS ANOTHER $ 200-400. I LIKE THE PEOPLE AND THE FACT THAT I CAN CALL MY SERVICE GUY AND GET INFO FROM HIM. IT'S JUST GETTING HARD TO AFFORD THE SERVICE. THE DALLAS BMW IS 100% BETTER THAN THE FT WORTH BMW.
Found a sweeeeetttt NIssan 370Z on Cars.com, submitted my RFI and they got back to me very quickly. Had a nice phone conversation (initially) about 10 days ago, sill had a couple of questions. Have emailed waiting for answers, then may buy. The second person I talked with said the price online is firm (I think there is room to negotiate - ESPECIALLY since the car is being sold "as is", which means I could be on the hook for hundreds or dollars, or more, of repairs). But, all in all, it looks like they have reasonably priced, if somewhat higher mileage, used cars.
Very pleased with purchase and the professional enviroment and treatment of the sales staff. I was especially pleased with my salesman Ali Hussain and the complete sales experience. I would recommend Mr. Ali Hussain to all of my friends that would be looking for a vehicle.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
