Stopped in to make an appointment and was very pleased the Adviser said if could handle an hour and half they would do it fight now. First time I’d ever been taken as a walk-in. It saved a ton of my time since I live 17 miles away. Kudos to the service adviser.

I had been searching for an Audi S3 in a specific color in my area. No local dealership in NC had the color I was looking for. I called Audi Columbia inquiring about an S3 on their lot that matched my color and options choice. A simple inquiry led to a full on negotiation and within 30 minutes we settled on a price AND they offered to bring me the car (230 miles away) at no cost the next day! Devin was polite, professional and pleasant. I paid below invoice and Devin brought me the car and signed the paperwork in my dining room. Great service, great price and they saved me a 7 hour round trip journey. I purchase many cars for myself and help others negotiate deals for theirs, Audi Columbia really went the extra mile to earn my business and loyalty. I have now purchased two vehicles through this dealership (formally known as Kuhn Honda) and have had only good experiences. The people have been friendly and non aggressive. They are accommodating and seem to care about what you have to say. My salesman this time was a young man named Zach Walters who was kind and genuine. He did not push me in anyway and instead, ???fought??? for a better price to help me out. I did not get a chance to review him through the dealership due to an email mix up but I would give him 10/10 on every category. This Honda dealership has been great and I will continue to do business with them.
Major Motor Cars is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I emailed them regarding a Mercedes they listed for sale. By the time I came in the vehicle I came into was being sold. I was upset at first but was greeted by the owner, Peter, actually the owner's son.
He took me into his office and charmed us. He didn't treat us like a typical salesperson. He promised to find me a similar vehicle to which I thought would be an empty promise. Sure enough he called me two days later to come in a drive the vehicle he had just purchased for me, with no deposit and no strings attached! I felt super comfortable coming down. The vehicle was as described in pristine condition. I was super happy about my decision to do business with Major Motor Cars and would happily refer my friends and family. Peter and his employees are heartfelt, easy going, and friendly to deal with.

Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Ben Whitney and also all of the other people I dealt with were very responsive and accommodating, and overall the experience was satisfying and pressure-free. I'd recommend BMW of Cape Cod to anyone.
